ILLIT Achieves Career High With 1st-Week Sales For “MAMIHLAPINATAPAI”
ILLIT set a new personal record with their latest comeback!
The girl group recently made their return with their fourth mini album “MAMIHLAPINATAPAI” and its high-energy title track “It’s Me.”
According to Hanteo Chart, ILLIT achieved their highest first-week sales yet with the new mini album, which also became the group’s first album ever to enter the top 50 of the Billboard 200.
In the first week of its release (April 30 to May 6), “MAMIHLAPINATAPAI” sold an impressive total of 411,654 copies, breaking ILLIT’s previous first-week ales record of 401,674 (set by their third mini album “bomb” last year).

CORTIS has wrapped up a perfect week of music show wins with a seventh trophy for “REDRED”!
On the May 17 episode of SBS’s “Inkigayo,” the candidates for first place were AKMU’s “Paradise of Rumors,” BABYMONSTER’s “CHOOM,” and CORTIS’s “REDRED.”
CORTIS ultimately took the win with a total of 5,926 points—meaning that the group won every single music show that aired this week, starting from Wednesday’s “Show Champion” all the way to Sunday’s “Inkigayo” (with “M Countdown,” “Music Bank,” and “Music Core” in between).

NEXZ has hit a new career high with their latest release!
Last week, NEXZ made their comeback with the new single album “Mmchk” and its title track of the same name on April 27.
According to Hanteo Chart, “Mmchk” sold a total of 444,730 copies in the first week of its release (April 27 to May 3), easily breaking NEXZ’s previous first-week sales record of 338,916 set by their mini album “Beat-Boxer” last year.

Donghae Achieves Highest 1st-Week Sales Of Any Solo Album By A Super Junior Member With “ALIVE”
Super Junior’s Donghae has achieved an impressive feat with his new solo album!
Last week, Donghae released his first-ever solo album “ALIVE,” along with the music video for title track “HAErise,” on April 20.
According to Hanteo Chart, “ALIVE” sold an impressive total of 172,903 copies in the first week of its release (April 20 to 26), making it the first solo album by a Super Junior member ever to surpass 100,000 first-week sales.

KATSEYE Achieves Their Highest Debuts Yet On Billboard Hot 100 And Global 200 With “PINKY UP”
KATSEYE has set personal records on Billboard’s Hot 100 and Global 200 with their latest single!
This week, KATSEYE’s new single “PINKY UP” entered the Hot 100—Billboard’s weekly ranking of the most popular songs in the United States—at No. 28, marking their highest debut yet on the U.S. chart.
“PINKY UP” also achieved KATSEYE’s highest debut to date on Billboard’s Global 200, which it entered at No. 22.
“Gabriela” remains the group’s highest-ranking song on both charts, having peaked at No. 21 on the Hot 100 in January and No. 16 on the Global 200 last September.
Additionally, “PINKY UP” debuted at No. 21 on Billboard’s Streaming Songs chart and No. 28 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart this week.
Meanwhile, KATSEYE rose to No. 22 on Billboard’s Artist 100, marking their 46th overall week on the chart.

MODYSSEY’s career is off to a strong start!
Last week, MODYSSEY—a new group formed through the “BOYS II PLANET” spin-off “PLANET C : HOME RACE”—made their debut with their first single album “1.Got Hooked: An Addictive Symphony.”
Hanteo Chart has now reported that in the first week of its release (April 13 to 19), “1.Got Hooked: An Addictive Symphony” sold an impressive total of 302,604 copies, marking the second-highest first-week sales of any debut album released in 2026.
The only debut album released this year to achieve higher first-week sales is “BOYS II PLANET” group ALPHA DRIVE ONE’s “EUPHORIA,” which sold over 1.4 million copies in its first week and currently holds the record for the second-highest first-week sales of any debut album in Hanteo history.

KickFlip has set a new personal record with their latest release!
Last week, the rookie boy group from JYP Entertainment made their comeback with their new mini album “My First Kick” and its upbeat title track “Eye-Poppin’” on April 6.
Hanteo Chart has now reported that KickFlip achieved the highest first-week sales of their career with the mini album. In the first week of its release (April 6 to 12), “My First Kick” sold a total of 456,167 copies, breaking the group’s previous first-week sales record of 402,405 copies set by their last mini album “My First Flip” in September.
