June Advertisement Model Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for advertisement models!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of consumer behavior, using big data collected from May 4 to June 4. The Korean Business Research Institute evaluated the participation, communication, media, and social values of popular advertisement models in order to calculate each star’s total brand reputation index for the month.

Lim Young Woong topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 2,495,542 for June. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “Hero Generation,” “concert,” and “positive influence,” while his highest-ranking related terms included “outstanding,” “record,” and “donate.” Lim Young Woong’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 92.67 percent positive reactions.

Byeon Woo Seok took second place with a brand reputation index of 2,408,653, while Park Ji Hoon came in at a close third with a score of 2,402,006.

BTS ranked fourth with a brand reputation index of 2,206,276, and Lee Soo Ji shot to fifth place after seeing a staggering 1,094.68 percent increase in her brand reputation index, bringing her score for June to a total of 2,079,800.

Kim Soo Hyun Confirmed To Shoot Advertisement For Philippine Brand

Actor Kim Soo Hyun has shown signs of resuming his activities with a commercial shoot.

On June 8, a media outlet reported that Kim Soo Hyun will participate in an advertisement shoot for the leading Philippine fashion brand Bench.

In response to the report, Kim Soo Hyun’s agency GOLDMEDALIST stated, “Kim Soo Hyun will participate in a print advertisement shoot for the leading Philippine fashion brand Bench on July 14.” This marks his first activity after a hiatus of about a year, following various personal controversies including rumors of a relationship with the late Kim Sae Ron in March of last year.

At the time, Kim Soo Hyun faced various allegations, including suspicions that he had been in a six-year relationship with the late Kim Sae Ron starting in 2015 when she was 15, as well as claims regarding debt collection. He held a press conference to refute these claims, asserting that they only began dating after she had become an adult. However, some brands for which Kim Soo Hyun served as a promotional model announced the termination of their contracts, and the Disney+ series “Knock-Off,” which was scheduled for release last year, was placed on indefinite hold.

However, in relation to this case, YouTuber Kim Se Eui of YouTube channel HoverLab Inc. was recently arrested and referred to the prosecution on charges including the dissemination of false information. The police determined that Kim Se Eui had used AI to manipulate the voice of the late Kim Sae Ron and fabricated KakaoTalk conversations presented as evidence of their relationship.

May Advertisement Model Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute evaluated the participation, communication, media, and social values of popular advertisement models in order to calculate each star’s total brand reputation index for the month.

Byeon Woo Seok topped this month’s list after seeing a whopping 356.40 percent increase in his brand reputation index since April, bringing his total score to 3,762,141. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “Grand Prince Ian,” “Perfect Crown,” and “Jae Seok’s B&B Rules!”, while his highest-ranking related terms included “heart skip a beat,” “confess,” and “model.” Byeon Woo Seok’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 93.51 percent positive reactions.

Lim Young Woong took second place with a brand reputation index of 3,349,309, marking a 15.64 percent rise in his score since last month.

Soccer star Son Heung Min jumped to third place after seeing a 184.25 percent increase in his brand reputation index, bringing his total score to 3,067,512 for the month.

Park Ji Hoon came in at a close fourth with a brand reputation index of 2,831,202, marking a 49.25 percent increase in his score since April.

Finally, BTS rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 2,691,868 for May.
