CORTIS, aespa, TWS, BABYMONSTER, LE SSERAFIM, ILLIT, And More Earn Circle Million And Platinum Certifications
Circle Chart has announced its latest batch of official certifications!
In 2018, the Korea Music Content Industry Association implemented a new certification system for album sales, song downloads, and online streaming. Starting with music released on or after January 1, 2018, Circle Chart now certifies albums platinum once they reach 250,000 sales, while albums that have sold a million copies or more receive a “million” certification.
This month, CORTIS earned two separate certifications for their latest EP “GREENGREEN.” The group received an official double million certification for selling over 2 million copies of the regular version of the album, while the Weverse version was certified double platinum for over 500,000 copies sold.
Meanwhile, aespa’s latest album “LEMONADE” and TWS’s 2025 mini album “play hard” were both certified triple platinum for selling over 750,000 copies each.
BABYMONSTER also received two certifications for their latest mini album “CHOOM.” The regular version of the EP was certified double platinum for over 500,000 copies sold, while the Nemo version was certified platinum for over 250,000 copies sold.
LE SSERAFIM’s “PUREFLOW” pt.1, ILLIT’s “I’LL LIKE YOU,” and AND2BLE’s “Sequence 01: Curiosity” were all certified double platinum for selling over 500,000 copies each.
Finally, ITZY’s “Motto,” ZEROBASEONE’s “Ascend-,” NMIXX’s “Heavy Serenade,” NCT’s Taeyong’s “WYLD,” XLOV’s “I,God,” CRAVITY’s “ReDeFINE,” and the Weverse version of NewJeans’ “Supernatural” were all certified platinum for selling over 250,000 copies each.

Monthly Album Chart
RIIZE topped the physical album chart for June with their latest mini album “II,” which debuted at No. 1 on the monthly chart.
All of the top five spots on June’s album chart went to new releases: TREASURE’s “NEW WAV” debuted at No. 2, BOYNEXTDOOR’s “HOME” at No. 3, ATEEZ’s “GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5” at No. 4, and Hearts2Hearts’ “Lemon Tang” at No. 5.
Weekly Album Chart
SEVENTEEN’s new unit V8 claimed two of the top five spots on the weekly album chart with their self-titled debut mini album. The regular version of “V8” entered the chart at No. 1, while the Weverse version charted separately at No. 2.
ATEEZ’s “GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5,” which debuted at No. 1 on last week’s chart, fell one spot to No. 2 this week.
StelLive’s “STAR TRAIL” entered the chart at No. 3, with CORTIS’s “GREENGREEN” climbing back up to No. 4 for the week.
Monthly Download Chart
ATEEZ topped the digital download chart for June with their latest title track “BAD,” which debuted at No. 1.
Meanwhile, I.O.I’s long-running hit “Suddenly” climbed back up to No. 2 on the monthly chart.
RIIZE’s latest title track “Do your dance” debuted at No. 3, while aespa’s “LEMONADE” jumped 16 ranks to take No. 4.
Finally, EVAN (Heeseung)’s debut track “Ride or Die” entered the chart at No. 5.

ATEEZ also topped the weekly digital download chart with “BAD,” which remained No. 1 for the second week in a row.
SEVENTEEN’s V8 swept the next two spots on the weekly chart, where their songs “singasong” and “8DM” debuted at No. 2 and No. 3 respectively.
Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon’s “Bansanka” entered the chart at No. 4, while Kyma’s “Little Me” debuted at No. 5.

July Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for girl groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various girl groups, using big data collected from June 12 to July 12.
I.O.I skyrocketed to the top of this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 5,552,322 for July. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “Suddenly,” “Yang Eui Ji,” and “10th anniversary,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “unchanged,” “reunite,” and “prove.” I.O.I’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 92.86 percent positive reactions.
RESCENE shot to second place on the list with a brand reputation index of 4,239,616, marking a 64.27 percent increase in their score since last month.
ILLIT held onto their spot at third place with a brand reputation index of 3,883,353, marking a 1.38 percent rise in their score since June.
Meanwhile, BLACKPINK came in at a close fourth with a brand reputation index of 3,822,722 for July.
Finally, LE SSERAFIM rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 3,403,644, marking a 55.17 percent increase in their score since June.

BABYMONSTER’s “PSYCHO” Becomes Their 6th MV To Hit 200 Million Views
BABYMONSTER has soared past 200 million views with another music video!
According to YG Entertainment, on July 5 at 11:10 a.m. KST, BABYMONSTER’s music video for their 2025 B-side “PSYCHO” surpassed 200 million views on YouTube, making it their sixth music video to reach the milestone after “BATTER UP,” “SHEESH,” “DRIP,” “FOREVER,” and “WE GO UP.”
BABYMONSTER originally released the music video for “PSYCHO” on November 19, 2025 at midnight KST, meaning that it took just over seven months, 16 days, and 11 hours to hit the 200 million mark.

July Rookie Idol Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for rookie idol groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of various rookie idol groups, using big data collected from June 1 to July 1.
RESCENE topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 5,078,631, marking a 167.76 percent increase in their score since June.
High-ranking phrases in RESCENE’s keyword analysis included “Woni,” “alter ego,” and “promotional ambassador,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “reveal,” “reverse climb,” and “surpass.” The group’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 93.10 percent positive reactions.
CORTIS came in at a close second with a brand reputation index of 4,973,702, marking a 19.75 percent rise in their score since last month.
ILLIT took third place with a brand reputation index of 2,491,433, marking a 4.22 percent increase in their score since June.
KiiiKiii held onto their spot at fourth place with a brand reputation index of 1,482,967, marking a 63.59 percent rise in their score since last month.
Finally, TWS rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 1,171,023, marking a 31.49 percent increase in their score since June.
