Billboard has published its World Albums chart for the week ending on July 18!

ATEEZ’s latest mini album “GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5” remained No. 1 on the World Albums chart for the second week in a row, in addition to spending a second week in the top 20 of the Billboard 200 at No. 19.

CORTIS’s latest EP “GREENGREEN” held steady at No. 2 in its 10th week on the World Albums chart, and it also climbed back up to No. 82 in its ninth week on the Billboard 200. Meanwhile, CORTIS’s debut EP “COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES” rose to No. 13 in its 44th week on the World Albums chart.

SEVENTEEN’s new unit V8 debuted at No. 3 on the World Albums chart with their self-titled mini album, which also became their first entry on the Billboard 200.

LE SSERAFIM’s latest album “PUREFLOW” maintained its position at No. 4 in its seventh week on the World Albums chart.

Meanwhile, BOYNEXTDOOR’s first studio album “HOME” climbed back up to No. 5 in its fourth week on the chart.

Stray Kids’ “KARMA” rose to No. 6 in its 46th week on the chart, while their more recent EP “DO IT” followed at No. 12 in its 33rd week.

BTS’s 2022 anthology album “Proof” stayed strong at No. 7 in its 213th week on the chart, with their 2020 Japanese album “Map of the Soul: 7 ~The Journey~” climbing to No. 18 in its 36th week.

aespa’s “LEMONADE” held onto its spot at No. 8 in its sixth week on the chart, while ILLIT’s “MAMIHLAPINATAPAI” rounded out its 10th week on the chart at No. 9.

NewJeans’ 2023 EP “Get Up” jumped to No. 16 in its 148th week on the chart, followed by ZEROBASEONE’s “Ascend-“ at No. 17 (in its second week).

Finally, ENHYPEN’s “THE SIN : VANISH” rose to No. 22 in its 25th week on the chart, with TXT’s “7TH YEAR: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns” ranking No. 23 in its 13th week.

SEVENTEEN’s V8 Debuts On Billboard 200

SEVENTEEN’s new unit V8 has entered the Billboard 200 with their debut release!

This week, Billboard announced that V8—a duo consisting of Vernon and The8—had made their debut on its Top 200 Albums chart, which ranks the most popular albums in the United States. For the week ending on July 18, the unit’s self-titled debut mini album “V8” entered the Billboard 200 at No. 128.

“V8” also debuted at No. 3 on Billboard’s World Albums chart, No. 4 on the Top Dance Albums chart, and No. 7 on the Top Album Sales chart, meaning it was the seventh best-selling album of the week in the United States.

Meanwhile, The8 and Vernon debuted at No. 6 and No. 7 respectively on Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart this week.

BLACKPINK’s Jennie has just hit an exciting new career high on Billboard’s Hot 100!

On July 13 local time, Billboard announced that Jennie and Tame Impala’s remix of “Dracula” had risen to a new peak of No. 5 on its Hot 100 chart, which ranks the most popular songs in the United States.

Jennie has now become only the second female K-pop artist ever to enter the top five of the Hot 100, joining her bandmate Rosé, who reached No. 3 on the chart last year with her Bruno Mars collab “APT.”

Outside of the Hot 100, “Dracula” spent its second consecutive week at No. 1 on Billboard’s Pop Airplay chart, which measures weekly plays on mainstream Top 40 radio stations across the United States. The song also remained No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart, Hot Rock & Alternative Songs chart, and Dance Streaming Songs chart this week.

“Dracula” maintained its peak of No. 3 on Billboard’s Radio Songs chart, which measures weekly plays on U.S. radio stations across all genres, in addition to holding steady at No. 6 on both the Global 200 and the Global Excl. U.S. chart.

The single also climbed to a new peak of No. 11 in in its seventh week on Billboard’s Songs of the Summer chart.

This past weekend, Billboard announced that ATEEZ’s new mini album “GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5” had debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 after achieving the group’s biggest U.S. week to date. On July 5 local time, Billboard announced that ATEEZ’s new mini album “GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5” had debuted at No. 1 on its famous Top 200 Albums chart, which ranks the most popular albums in the United States.

“GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5” is ATEEZ’s third No. 1 album on the Billboard 200, following “THE WORLD EP.FIN : WILL” and “GOLDEN HOUR : Part.2.” It is also their ninth consecutive top 10 album on the Billboard 200, continuing an unbroken streak that began with “THE WORLD EP.1 : MOVEMENT” in 2022.

With a total of nine top 10s in the 2020s, ATEEZ has set a new record for the most top 10 albums of any group this decade—breaking a three-way tie with Stray Kids and TXT.

Additionally, ATEEZ achieved their biggest week yet in the United States with their new mini album. According to Luminate (formerly Nielsen Music), “GOLDEN HOUR : Part.5” earned a total of 228,000 equivalent album units during the week ending on July 3, marking a new career high for the group.

The album’s total score consisted of 223,000 traditional album sales—marking a new personal record for ATEEZ and also making it the best-selling album of the week in the United States—and 5,000 streaming equivalent album (SEA) units, which translates to 4.96 million on-demand audio streams over the course of the week.
