Jung Jun Won has dished on his on-screen chemistry with Kong Hyo Jin and Lee Sang Yi in the upcoming drama “A Bona Fide Killer”!

On July 13, the production team of “A Bona Fide Killer” released an interview with Jung Jun Won, who plays loving husband and dad Kwon Tae Sung, ahead of the show’s premiere.

“A Bona Fide Killer” is an action drama about a working mother with a lethal job who is fighting to protect her work-life balance. In what marks her first MBC drama in 15 years, Kong Hyo Jin stars as Yu Bo Na, the seemingly ordinary manager of Sales Team 3 at Durumi Electronics, who is secretly the legendary sniper known as “Kingfisher.”

Jung Jun Won shared the reason he chose this project, saying, “The script was incredibly exciting and fun. Also, the chance to work alongside Kong Hyo Jin, whom I have been a fan of for a long time, was a huge appeal.”

Regarding his simliarity with the character, he remarked, “Basically, I am more quiet and introverted than Tae Sung. There are many aspects I don’t naturally possess, so I made a lot of effort to adjust well to the character.”

Hani has shared more insights into her upcoming drama “Love on the Menu”!

“Love on the Menu” is a family romance drama that follows Kim Moo Jin (Ha Seok Jin) and Han Gyu Rim (Hani), two former lovers who reunite eight years after a painful breakup. As they reconnect, they piece together the fragments of their broken families and create the warmest table of life together.

Making her weekend drama debut as Han Gyu Rim, Hani shared, “Since weekend dramas are something the whole family watches together, I was excited, but I also felt a lot of pressure and a strong sense of responsibility.”

Explaining why she chose the role, she said, “Han Gyu Rim hasn’t had an easy life, but she doesn’t let that turn her into someone who hates the world. She’s been hurt, endured so much, and carried far more responsibility than anyone should have to, yet she continues to move forward, protects the people she loves, and finds a way to smile again. That part of her stayed with me for a long time.”

Hani also spoke about how she prepared for the character, saying, “Han Gyu Rim didn’t suddenly become a strong person overnight. She became that way because she had to take care of her family from a very young age. As I prepared for the role, I wanted there to be both the face of a mother and the face of a daughter who still needs her own mother.” She continued, “Because life felt so overwhelming to her, I think the more she loved Moo Jin, the more afraid she became.”

Describing Han Gyu Rim with the keywords “resilience,” “love,” and “strength,” Hani explained, “There must have been countless moments when she wanted to give up, but she persevered day after day to protect her family. Park Eun Bin has shared her thoughts on her upcoming drama “Spooky in Love”!

A remake of the 2011 film “Spellbound,” “Spooky in Love” is an occult romance drama about the chaotic partnership between a hotel heiress who can see ghosts and a passionate prosecutor who is terrified of them.

Park Eun Bin plays Cheon Yeo Ri, a hotel CEO with beauty, wealth and talent. However, she harbors a secret: she can see ghosts, and anyone she touches can also see them.

Park Eun Bin, who wanted to show a different side from her previous project, cited Cheon Yeo Ri’s contrasting traits as the reason she was drawn to the role. She said, “The gap between her image as a hotel CEO and the side she must hide from others felt compelling. I was drawn to how she tries, in her own way, to overcome a situation where she cannot live an ordinary life even if she wants to.”

When portraying the character, she focused on highlighting the gap between misunderstandings about Cheon Yeo Ri and her true personality, explaining, “In the early part, I tried to show a flawless image, but in her private moments, I tried to capture a more human and imperfect, contrasting charm.”

Kang Min Ah has shared her thoughts on her upcoming drama “Love in Sync”!

“Love in Sync” is a romantic comedy that follows a woman who refuses empathy and a man who carries too much of it. When they begin to share one another’s emotions through a surreal phenomenon, the two gradually come to understand one another and grow together.

In the series, Kang Min Ah plays Yoo Ji An, a star actress and former member of the famous girl group I WANT. Yoo Ji An grew up under strict management and control from childhood and lacks the ability to understand other people’s emotions. However, after meeting the highly empathetic Cha Eun Hwan, she experiences an unexpected emotional transference and gradually begins to change.

Reflecting on the reason she chose the project, Kang Min Ah said, “When I first read the script, the premise was very fresh and interesting. I was fascinated by the process of portraying the changes that occur as other people’s emotions are transmitted to Ji An. Kim Myung Soo plays Cha Eun Hwan, a man whose exceptional ability to empathize leads him to carry the emotional burdens of others. A professional counselor, Cha Eun Hwan earns the trust of his clients through both his expertise and easygoing charm. However, despite helping others navigate their feelings, he struggles to look inward and confront his own emotions.

One day, after experiencing an “emotional transfer” with Yoo Ji An (Kang Min Ah), he is forced to face the wounds he has long kept buried.

When asked to describe Cha Eun Hwan, Kim Myung Soo chose the three keywords “flawless,” “empathy,” and “cool.” He explained, “Cha Eun Hwan is a professionally flawless character, and because he works as a counselor, he has a strong ability to empathize with others. On a personal note, I think he’s cool because there are many moments where he helps Yoo Ji An.”

Speaking about what drew him to the role, Kim Myung Soo shared, “Most of the roles I’ve played in the past have been relatively heavy, so I really wanted the opportunity to show a romantic comedy this time. Based on a hit webtoon, “See You at Work Tomorrow!” is a romance drama starring Park Ji Hyun as Cha Ji Yoon, an office worker stuck in a career rut. After becoming entangled with her prickly boss Kang Si Woo (Seo In Guk), she winds up making a fresh start both in her career and in her love life.

Explaining why she chose to join the project, Park Ji Hyun shared, “The script itself was incredibly fun. It tells a realistic story that I think everyone has experienced at least once, so I felt many viewers would be able to relate to it.”

She continued, “Work and love are two of the most important things in life, but they also seem to remain some of its most difficult challenges. I related to Cha Ji Yoon’s realistic concerns and emotions, and I wanted to portray those everyday details.”

Park Ji Hyun’s character Cha Ji Yoon is a respected senior employee at her company, but after seven years in the workforce, she has grown weary of her repetitive daily routine. Describing the character, Park Ji Hyun said, “Cha Ji Yoon is someone who gives her all to both work and love.
