MBN’s upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama “What a Boss Wants” has unveiled new stills featuring CNBLUE’s Lee Jung Shin in character!

Based on a web novel of the same name, “What a Boss Wants” is a romance drama about Kwon Do Hyuk (Sung Hoon), a chaebol boss with zero sense of taste who sets out to find the woman whose voice he heard on an album, and Lee Eun Chae (Oh Se Young), the lead vocalist of an indie band who becomes the only variable in his otherwise perfect life.

In the newly released stills, Lee Jung Shin transforms into handsome and warm pediatrician Moon Tae Kyung. His bright smile reflects the cheerful and approachable nature of Moon Tae Kyung, who feels comfortable interacting with anyone.

Furthermore, out of his doctor’s coat, Lee Jung Shin effortlessly pulls off various styles, ranging from denim jackets to leather jackets, boasting casual yet heartwarming looks. His fluffy hairstyle and gentle gaze accentuate his signature “puppy-like” charm.

CNBLUE’s Lee Jung Shin Confirmed For New Romance Drama

CNBLUE’s Lee Jung Shin has joined the cast of a new drama!

On August 14, it was officially announced that Lee Jung Shin would be appearing in MBN’s upcoming drama “What a Boss Wants” (working title).

Based on the web novel of the same name, “What a Boss Wants” is a romance drama that tells the story of Kwon Do Hyuk, a chaebol boss with zero sense of taste who sets out to find a mysterious woman whose voice he heard on an album, and Lee Eun Chae, the lead vocalist of an indie band who becomes the only variable in his otherwise perfect life.

Lee Jung Shin will be playing the role of Moon Tae Kyung, a pediatrician who has everything from looks and personality to a privileged family background.

Meanwhile, Sung Hoon and Oh Se Young were previously confirmed to be starring as leads Kwon Do Hyuk and Lee Eun Chae respectively.

“What a Boss Wants” is currently slated to premiere in November.

Lee Se Young, CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa, SEVENTEEN’s DK, And Yena Confirmed As MCs For New Dating Reality Show “Love Against Time”

A romance reality show with a new format is coming!

SBS’s new variety show “Love Against Time” is a romance reality program where young people in their 20s and 30s who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness or have had near-death experiences face life and love once again.

Starting from the profound question, “If I didn’t have much time left, who would I love?” the program focuses on “love in the present.” Notably, “Love Against Time” introduces a unique matching system where men and women exchange “time” with each other every night.

Actress Lee Se Young, CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa, SEVENTEEN’s DK, and Yena have teamed up as studio MCs.

Producing director Lee Eun Sol, who directed “Fortune Tellers’ Love,” will be in charge of directing “Love Against Time.” Lee Eun Sol stated, “I wanted to sincerely capture the extraordinary and special sincerity of young people, who know the finiteness of life better than anyone else, as they love as passionately and brilliantly as they can during the time they are given.”
