ZEROBASEONE’s Sung Han Bin celebrated his group’s third anniversary in a meaningful way!

On July 13, Sung Han Bin’s agency THE L1VE LABEL stated that he donated 100 million won (approximately $66,425) to Good Neighbors, a global NGO specializing in children’s rights, on July 10 to commemorate his third debut anniversary.

The donation will be used for Good Neighbors’ Hope Sharing Dream Support Project, which helps children and teenagers from families in crisis pursue their futures without giving up on their dreams due to financial difficulties through career education and scholarship support.

According to his agency, the donation was prepared as a way for Sung Han Bin to give back the love he has received from fans who have supported his journey toward achieving his dreams while sharing his gratitude with children and teenagers in need of protection.

ENHYPEN’s Sunoo Makes Meaningful Birthday Donation To Pediatric And Adolescent Patients

ENHYPEN’s Sunoo filled his birthday with acts of sharing!

According to Samsung Medical Center on June 24, Sunoo donated 50 million won (approximately $32,500) on this day to support the treatment of pediatric patients. With this donation, the cumulative amount he has contributed to the hospital since 2024 has reached 200 million won (approximately $130,250).

Sunoo remarked, “I hope that many pediatric patients can look forward to a more hopeful future. I will continue to participate in sharing love in the future.”

In December 2024, Sunoo quietly donated 100 million won (approximately $68,000) to Samsung Medical Center in order to help patients in need struggling to receive medical treatment due to financial difficulties. Then on December 19 last year, he once again donated 50 million won to the hospital which will go toward psychological and emotional support programs for pediatric and adolescent patients.

ENHYPEN is set to release their eighth mini album “THE SIN : BLISS” on August 21.

SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi Funds New Classrooms For Children With Heartfelt Donation

SEVENTEEN’s Hoshi has extended support for children’s education!

On June 15, The Community Chest of Korea announced that a public school classroom construction project in Zambia funded by Hoshi’s donation has been completed, creating a new learning environment for about 250 local children. The project was carried out using 100 million won (approximately $66,102) donated by Hoshi last year through the Gyeonggi Northern branch of the Community Chest of Korea.

The school serves about 250 children from kindergarten through seventh grade but previously had only two classrooms, forcing multiple grades to share space in poor conditions. With the new support, five classrooms and restroom facilities were built, existing facilities were renovated, and students now learn in a more spacious and improved environment.

Beyond the school project, support was also provided to a child welfare facility in Kitwe, a city in northern Zambia. The assistance included repairs to aging buildings and electrical work to improve living conditions for children.

Hoshi said, “I joined this effort hoping children could learn and grow in a better environment. I am very happy thinking about the children who will build their dreams in these new classrooms, and I want to continue supporting places in need.”

Since joining the Community Chest of Korea’s Honor Society in 2021, Hoshi has consistently made donations to various causes. His recent contributions include funding a national orphanage school in Laos in 2024 and supporting South Korean soldiers as well as donating to his alma mater and hometown students.

TWICE’s Dahyun Makes Meaningful Birthday Donation To Help Leukemia Patients

TWICE’s Dahyun is celebrating her birthday by giving back!

On June 1, JYP Entertainment announced that Dahyun donated 30 million won (approximately $20,000) to the Ulsan Community Chest of Korea in honor of her birthday on May 28.

The donation will go toward medical expenses and treatment support for leukemia patients in the Ulsan area who are facing financial hardship.

Sharing the reason behind her donation, Dahyun said, “I wanted to share the love I have received on my birthday with others. I hope my contribution can provide even a small source of strength and comfort to those currently undergoing treatment.”

Yoo Hae Jin Makes Heartfelt Donation For Cancer Patients

Yoo Hae Jin has extended a warm helping hand to cancer patients!

On May 13, Asan Medical Center announced, “Yoo Hae Jin has donated 100 million won [approximately $67,100] for the treatment of patients battling cancer.”

The donation will be used to develop advanced cancer treatment systems and to create a better healthcare environment at Asan Medical Center.

Regarding the donation, Yoo Hae Jin said, “I decided to provide support in the hopes that patients will be able to get through their difficult battles with the disease and return to their normal daily lives.” He added, “I hope that patients can receive treatment comfortably and safely in a better environment.”

Back in 2022 when COVID-19 was widespread, Yoo Hae Jin donated 50 million won (approximately $33,550) to Asan Medical Center to support healthcare workers and help treat pediatric patients. He also made an additional 50 million won donation in 2023. Including the latest contribution, Yoo Hae Jin has donated a total of 200 million won (approximately $134,200) to Asan Medical Center.

Earlier this month, Yoo Hae Jin received the Grand Prize at the 62nd Baeksang Arts Awardsfor his role in the record-breaking film “The King’s Warden.”
