Netflix has shared a new sneak peek of its upcoming series “Take Charge of My Heart”!
Based on a web novel, “Take Charge of My Heart” is an electrifying romantic comedy about a man whose artificial heart is running out of battery and a woman with the unique power to recharge him. Kim Young Kwang stars as the cool and collected chaebol heir Baek Ho Rang, while Chae Soo Bin plays the lonely screenwriter Na Bo Bae.
After being struck by lightning as a child, Na Bo Bae has electrical currents running through her body that make it impossible for her to hold someone’s hand without shocking them. However, when she crosses paths with Baek Ho Rang, she discovers that he may be the only person immune to her electric touch.
In the newly released preview from the upcoming drama, Na Bo Bae wakes up in a private hospital room and is confused to find Baek Ho Rang also lying in a hospital bed a few feet away. After unsuccessfully trying to wake him up, Na Bo Bae cautiously tests whether she can touch Baek Ho Rang’s skin without giving him an electric shock.
When Baek Ho Rang doesn’t appear to respond to her touch at all, a hopeful Na Bo Bae begins to wonder whether this means she’s finally found a man she can actually date. But just as she’s examining his face from close up, Baek Ho Rang startles her by opening his eyes. When Baek Ho Rang starts to dial the police, Na Bo Bae hurriedly stops him and attempts to explain the situation, but he repeatedly insists that she get out of his room.

The upcoming film “Still Shining” has unveiled two new posters!
“Still Shining” depicts the story of Soon Ok (Kim Hye Ja), who reunites with her best friend Jung Im (Cha Mi Kyung) after 60 years—a friend with whom she shared the most brilliant moments of her life.
The first poster features Kim Hye Ja as Soon Ok, smiling brightly after reuniting with her childhood best friend Jung Im for the first time in 60 years. Below her, younger versions of Soon Ok and Jung Im are shown pursuing their dreams side by side, evoking the precious memories they shared in their youth.
By bringing present-day Soon Ok and the two girls from her past together in a single image, the poster raises curiosity about the special bond that brings the two friends back together after so many years.
The second poster offers a glimpse into Soon Ok and Jung Im’s journey from childhood to the present. From their younger selves standing side by side with flowers in their hair to their present-day selves also wearing a red scarf and flowers in their hair, the poster captures how their bond has remained unchanged despite the passage of 60 years.

Upcoming drama “Oh! My Guard” has released a new teaser!
“Oh! My Guard” is a romance drama that tells the unpredictable love story of Uhm Tae Bong (CNBLUE’s Jung Yong Hwa), an A-list actor with a fatal flaw, and Oh Hae Ra (Hong Seung Hee), a mysterious woman who believes she is Cha Hong Doo, the female lead of his drama.
The new teaser opens on chaebol heiress Oh Hae Ra before her accident, when she is still aware of she is. As Oh Hae Ra is a die-hard fan of Uhm Tae Bong, her room is filled with her favorite actor’s photos and merchandise. While watching one of his dramas, she says in voice-over, “I want to love [someone] in real life the way they do in dramas.”
Then, after getting hit by a car, Oh Hae Ra wakes up with all of her memories gone—and convinced that she is Cha Hong Doo, a character in one of Uhm Tae Bong’s dramas. Because Cha Hong Doo is a bodyguard who is skilled in combat, Oh Hae Ra leaps into action to protect Uhm Tae Bong, bursting onto his drama set to fight off anyone attempting to hurt him.
Initially, a confused Uhm Tae Bong asks Oh Hae Ra who she is, before soon finding out to his horror that she really believes she’s Cha Hong Doo. As Uhm Tae Bong struggles to adapt to Oh Hae Ra following him around everywhere, someone warns him that “the scariest thing in the world” is “kids who aren’t right in the head.”
Eventually, someone declares in voice-over, “For the time being, let’s play along with what that woman wants to believe.” Another person responds in disbelief, “Is this ‘The Truman Show’? You want us to shoot a drama for her?” The teaser ends with glimpses of a romance developing between Uhm Tae Bong and Oh Hae Ra as he says in confusion, “I, too, really have no idea why I’m acting like this.”

tvN’s upcoming drama “100 Days of Deception” has shared a sneak peek of its premiere!
Helmed by director Yoo In Shik of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” and the “Dr. Romantic” series, “100 Days of Lies” is a period spy romance set over 100 days during the Japanese occupation of Korea.
The drama will follow the story of Lee Ga Kyeong (Kim You Jung), the top pickpocket in Gyeongseong (present-day Seoul), who becomes an undercover spy for the independence movement and infiltrates the Japanese Government-General of Korea. There, she winds up becoming entangled with interpreter Kim Tae Woong (GOT7’s Park Jinyoung), who also goes by the name Sato Hideo and is the adopted son of the Inspector-General of Korea, the second-highest-ranking official in the administration.
In the newly released preview from the drama’s first two episodes, Lee Ga Kyeong and Kim Tae Woong first cross paths when they bump into each other on a train. Initially, Lee Ga Kyeong apologizes in Japanese and Kim Tae Woong in Korean; then they awkwardly switch, with Lee Ga Kyeong now apologizing in Korean and Kim Tae Woong in Japanese.
Lee Ga Kyeong asks Kim Tae Woong if he’s Korean, and when he doesn’t reply, she quickly follows up in Japanese, “Oh, I’m sorry. [I asked] because you spoke in Korean…” She then lies that she, too, is Japanese. Kim Tae Woong gallantly picks up her hat for her, and she thanks him.
When Lee Ga Kyeong then smiles at the little girl Kim Tae Woong is carrying in his arms, the girl looks away with a standoffish expression before telling him in Japanese, “Let’s go quickly.” Lee Ga Kyeong helpfully explains that the exit on one side of the train car is blocked, so they should exit the other way, but Kim Tae Woong ignores her and heads in the direction of the blocked exit as the little girl stares at her.
Annoyed by the look in the little girl’s eyes, Lee Ga Kyeong mutters to herself in English, “What the heck? Ignoring me? Does she think she’s a princess? Yeah, if I had that heavy princess scarf around my neck, I couldn’t walk either.” After hearing her, Kim Tae Woong turns around and calls out to her, asking, “Have you never seen a photo of the princess in the newspaper?” Gesturing outside, where a crowd of people is gathered on the train platform, he goes on, “This many people are waiting to welcome her, and it never occurred to you that she might be the actual princess?”
When the shocked Lee Ga Kyeong starts hastily apologizing, he continues, “Though, of course, that’s not the case.” As he takes off, the little girl in his arms sticks her tongue out at Lee Ga Kyeong. Once she is alone, Lee Ga Kyeong exclaims in relief, “Wow, I thought [for a second] that she was really the princess,” before taking out the wallet that she has just stolen from Kim Tae Woong.

“Make Me Tingle” is a chaotic romantic comedy starring Nam Ji Hyun as Gong Yeon Su, a woman who believes in love but has never truly figured out what it means for her, and Kim Jae Yeong as Dokgo Dal, a sex-toy startup CEO who opens up a whole new world for her.
Kang Tae Joo plays Yoon Ji Oh, the vice CEO of the sex-toy startup, which he runs alongside Dokgo Dal. Friendly, warm, and playful, Yoon Ji Oh is someone who easily gets along with everyone. However, things change after he meets marketer Gong Yeon Su through business and develops feelings for her. He soon finds himself in an unexpected rivalry with his longtime friend Dokgo Dal over Gong Yeon Su.
Park So Jin plays Jin Se Ra, the CEO of SR Planning, where Gong Yeon Su works. As Gong Yeon Su’s senior from college and boss at work, Jin Se Ra has a relatively open-minded attitude toward dating and relationships. She sees taking a break from dating as separate from putting a stop to meeting people altogether, making her views on romance markedly different from Gong Yeon Su’s more conservative outlook.
When Gong Yeon Su becomes confused after meeting Dokgo Dal, Jin Se Ra offers practical advice based on her own experiences and serves as a reliable source of support. With their contrasting views on love and relationships, curiosity is building over the conversations they will share and how Jin Se Ra influences Gong Yeon Su’s choices.
Jeong In Ji plays Gong Mi Young, Gong Yeon Su’s aunt. After being pressured by those around her into getting married, Gong Mi Young eventually went through a divorce. She has a close, friend-like relationship with her niece, with the two freely sharing their thoughts and feelings.
Wanting Gong Yeon Su, who may be heading down a similar path, to avoid repeating her mistakes, Gong Mi Young offers her heartfelt advice as someone who has already experienced life firsthand. Watching her niece’s choices more closely than anyone else, she is expected to add a realistic perspective and emotional depth to the story.
Woo Mi Hwa plays Gong Yeon Su’s mother, Seo Baek Hee, bringing warm maternal affection to the drama. After losing her husband to illness 12 years ago, Seo Baek Hee devoted herself to caring for her in-laws while raising her eldest daughter Gong Yeon Su on her own. Having watched her daughter grow into a kind and upright young woman despite growing up without her father, Seo Baek Hee remains deeply devoted to her and unwaveringly supports the choices she makes in life.

Park Hyung Sik’s character spends pretty much every episode quietly yearning for Eun Soo, and his puppy-dog eyes make it impossible not to root for him. The slow realization that their friendship could turn into something more keeps you clicking “next episode.” If you love friends-to-lovers romances with a sweet slow burn and a male lead who has been quietly pining for years, this one is an easy binge.
3. “My Secret Romance”
“My Secret Romance” shows sizzling chemistry between the wealthy Cha Jin Wook (Sung Hoon) and job seeker Lee Yoo Mi (Song Ji Eun), whose story begins after a one night stand. They reunite when Yoo Mi gets hired at his family’s company as a nutritionist. Although Jin Wook is not very nice to her at first, they gradually fall for each other, and the leads showcase passionate young love that will make your heart flutter.
You’ll almost forget how many episodes you’ve watched once you start this series. It’s such an easy watch, especially if you love a good rom-com filled with all the classic clichés. The chemistry between the two leads is fire, and their romance is more of a fast burn, so you don’t have to wait too long for things to heat up between them. Between the flirty moments, cheesy romantic scenes, and their undeniable chemistry, you’ll find yourself completely lost in their romance. It’s the perfect drama to binge when you’re looking to unwind and escape for a few hours.

4. “Cinderella at 2AM”
Ha Yun Seo (Shin Hyun Been) is a confident team leader who is secretly dating her younger coworker, Seo Ju Won (Moon Sang Min). When his mother offers Yun Seo money to end their relationship, she accepts, believing their different backgrounds make their love unrealistic. But Ju Won refuses to give up and is determined to win her back.
“Cinderella at 2AM” is such an easy drama to binge, especially if you love a romance that gets going pretty quickly. It has all the fun tropes you’d expect, from the chaebol family drama to the younger man chasing after the woman he loves, with lots of banter and romantic tension along the way. The pacing makes it super easy to fly through the episodes, and you’ll find yourself wanting to see how Ju Won manages to win Yun Seo back. In “Serendipity’s Embrace,” Lee Hong Joo’s (Kim So Hyun) first love ended in heartbreak, leaving her skeptical of romance. 10 years later, she unexpectedly reunites with Kang Hoo Young (Chae Jong Hyeop), her first love, at a cafe. Now a financial planner, Hoo Young may be the last person she wants to see, but their reunion could give them a second chance at love.
“Serendipity’s Embrace” is such a fun, easy binge if you love childhood friends, first loves, and second-chance romances. The episodes fly by as Hong Joo and Hoo Young slowly find their way back to each other, and watching their old feelings resurface makes it hard not to click “next episode.” It has that nostalgic, feel-good quality that makes you want to curl up and keep watching until you’ve finished the whole thing. “Paradise Lost” is a thriller that follows Sun Woo (Bae Hyeon Seong), a son who returns home after being missing for nine years. While he was gone, his mother So Young (Kim Hyun Joo) had been soothing her pain by interacting with a childhood version of her son through an artificial intelligence (AI) program. However, she begins to feel uneasy around the “new” Sun Woo, leading to an uncomfortable cohabitation between mother and son.
The newly released posters feature the faces of the two central characters front and center, capturing the depth of the characters.
Ryu So Young’s poster immediately draws attention with her direct gaze. The nine years she has spent trapped in the image of the son she once loved are condensed into a single expression.
The tagline, “No matter what you’ve done, you’re still my son,” reveals a mother’s determination to hold on to her son no matter what he has become, while So Young’s expression evokes a sense of tension.
Ryu Sun Woo’s poster piques curiosity with an inscrutable expression that makes it difficult to read his true feelings. His messy hair and weary appearance, coupled with his emotionless expression, make it impossible to even begin to guess what happened during the nine-year gap.

She continued, “For Baek Ho Rang, whose artificial heart battery is running out, he must stick close to his human power bank, Na Bo Bae, whether he likes it or not. The fact that, despite being a third-generation chaebol, he must become the ‘subordinate’ when it comes to recharging will be a fun highlight of the drama.”
The director also urged viewers to look forward to the romantic chemistry that will grow stronger with each episode.

Go Woori Gives Birth To Her First Child
Go Woori has become a mother!
On October 7, Go Woori shared the news of her childbirth by posting on her Instagram story, saying, “Bokdeongi (the baby’s nickname) was born very strongly and healthily.” She continued by expressing her gratitude, saying, “May everyone who cheered me on be blessed.”
Go Woori debuted as a member of the girl group Rainbow in 2009. She began her acting career in 2012 and tied the knot in October 2022.
