Watch: Kim You Jung Steals Park Jinyoung’s Wallet During Their First Encounter In “100 Days Of Deception” Preview
tvN’s upcoming drama “100 Days of Deception” has shared a sneak peek of its premiere!
Helmed by director Yoo In Shik of “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” and the “Dr. Romantic” series, “100 Days of Lies” is a period spy romance set over 100 days during the Japanese occupation of Korea.
The drama will follow the story of Lee Ga Kyeong (Kim You Jung), the top pickpocket in Gyeongseong (present-day Seoul), who becomes an undercover spy for the independence movement and infiltrates the Japanese Government-General of Korea. There, she winds up becoming entangled with interpreter Kim Tae Woong (GOT7’s Park Jinyoung), who also goes by the name Sato Hideo and is the adopted son of the Inspector-General of Korea, the second-highest-ranking official in the administration.
In the newly released preview from the drama’s first two episodes, Lee Ga Kyeong and Kim Tae Woong first cross paths when they bump into each other on a train. Initially, Lee Ga Kyeong apologizes in Japanese and Kim Tae Woong in Korean; then they awkwardly switch, with Lee Ga Kyeong now apologizing in Korean and Kim Tae Woong in Japanese.
Lee Ga Kyeong asks Kim Tae Woong if he’s Korean, and when he doesn’t reply, she quickly follows up in Japanese, “Oh, I’m sorry. [I asked] because you spoke in Korean…” She then lies that she, too, is Japanese. Kim Tae Woong gallantly picks up her hat for her, and she thanks him.
When Lee Ga Kyeong then smiles at the little girl Kim Tae Woong is carrying in his arms, the girl looks away with a standoffish expression before telling him in Japanese, “Let’s go quickly.” Lee Ga Kyeong helpfully explains that the exit on one side of the train car is blocked, so they should exit the other way, but Kim Tae Woong ignores her and heads in the direction of the blocked exit as the little girl stares at her.
Annoyed by the look in the little girl’s eyes, Lee Ga Kyeong mutters to herself in English, “What the heck? Ignoring me? Does she think she’s a princess? Yeah, if I had that heavy princess scarf around my neck, I couldn’t walk either.” After hearing her, Kim Tae Woong turns around and calls out to her, asking, “Have you never seen a photo of the princess in the newspaper?” Gesturing outside, where a crowd of people is gathered on the train platform, he goes on, “This many people are waiting to welcome her, and it never occurred to you that she might be the actual princess?”
When the shocked Lee Ga Kyeong starts hastily apologizing, he continues, “Though, of course, that’s not the case.” As he takes off, the little girl in his arms sticks her tongue out at Lee Ga Kyeong. Once she is alone, Lee Ga Kyeong exclaims in relief, “Wow, I thought [for a second] that she was really the princess,” before taking out the wallet that she has just stolen from Kim Tae Woong.

Kim So Hyun And Choo Young Woo Share An Unforgettable First Encounter In “Between Steps”
ENA’s upcoming drama “Between Steps” has shared a glimpse of Kim So Hyun and Choo Young Woo’s fateful first meeting!
“Between Steps” is a new romance drama by the late director Ahn Pan Seok, who helmed the hit dramas “Something in the Rain,” “One Spring Night,” and “The Midnight Romance in Hagwon.” The drama will tell the love story of Park Min Jae (Choo Young Woo), a former swimmer who lost his right leg due to illness, and Im Yoo Jin (Kim So Hyun), a graduate student who finds a new path after losing her way.
In newly released stills from tonight’s premiere, Park Min Jae spots Im Yoo Jin after she falls in the street and rushes over with a worried expression. After kneeling before her, Park Min Jae carefully explains something to Im Yoo Jin while she returns his gaze.
However, the dynamic between them appears to have changed entirely in the next photo. With the romantic vibe of the earlier moment nowhere to be found, Im Yoo Jin glares coldly at Park Min Jae in front of the police station, piquing curiosity as to what could have transpired since their first encounter.
The “Between Steps” production team teased, “From the very first episode, [our drama] will depict the stories of young people with relatable yearnings. Please keep an eye on the start of the journey of Park Min Jae and Im Yoo Jin being drawn to one another.”

Kim You Jung And GOT7’s Park Jinyoung Cross Paths In A Fateful Encounter In “100 Days Of Deception”
tvN has unveiled a new poster for its upcoming drama “100 Days of Deception”!
The newly released poster captures the moment when Lee Ga Kyeong and Kim Tae Woong share their fateful first encounter. Before Lee Ga Kyeong assumes a false identity and infiltrates the Japanese Government-General of Korea disguised as an interpreter trainee, she first crosses paths with Kim Tae Woong at a train station during her days as a pickpocket.
Surrounded by a bustling crowd on a station platform, Lee Ga Kyeong expertly conceals her identity as a pickpocket beneath her elegant aura and aloof demeanor. Meanwhile, Kim Tae Woong turns to look back at her with an unreadable gaze that could signal either interest or suspicion.
Hinting at the start of a fateful connection between the two of them, the poster’s tagline reads, “1932 Gyeongseong, the most dangerous lie begins.”
The “100 Days of Deception” production team commented, “In the drama, Gyeongseong Station is not only the place where Lee Ga Kyeong and Kim Tae Woong meet for the first time, but an important location that opens the prelude to the entire story. You’ll be able to catch a glimpse of the characters, each of whom winds up at Gyeongseong Station for different reasons and objectives, as well as the relationships between them, which will be tangled from the start.”
They added, “Please keep an eye on how a dangerous lie will shake up their destinies.”
“100 Days of Deception” will premiere on October 10 at 9:10 p.m. KST. Check out a teaser for the drama here!

“A Bona Fide Killer” Previews Kong Hyo Jin And Jung Jun Won’s First Encounter During The World Cup
MBC’s “A Bona Fide Killer” has shared new stills ahead of its upcoming episode!
Based on a hit webtoon, “A Bona Fide Killer” is an action drama about a working mother with a lethal job who is fighting to protect her work-life balance. Kong Hyo Jin stars as Yu Bo Na, the seemingly ordinary manager of Sales Team 3 at Durumi Electronics, who is secretly the legendary sniper known as “Kingfisher.”
Spoilers
Previously in “A Bona Fide Killer,” a flashback showed Yu Bo Na discovering Kwon Tae Sung (Jung Jun Won) collapsed and bleeding, raising questions about the circumstances of their fate-like first encounter.
The newly released stills show Yu Bo Na and Kwon Tae Sung gathering at the same location for different purposes on the day of the World Cup eight years ago.
Yu Bo Na heads to a client meeting dressed as a perfect Korean football supporter, from her red T-shirt to her headband. At Kingfisher’s signature sniping spot on a rooftop, Yu Bo Na confidently aims her gun without hesitation.
Even after completing the assassination, she wears a relaxed smile. She had her own meticulous calculations behind choosing the day of the World Cup as the date for the meeting, teasing where her sharp gun will be aimed.
Meanwhile, Kwon Tae Sung rushes to the same location to cover pickpockets taking advantage of the excitement surrounding the World Cup. While displaying his passion for reporting without hesitation and even luring a pickpocket himself, Kwon Tae Sung is unexpectedly attacked. Eventually, Yu Bo Na discovers Kwon Tae Sung collapsed and bleeding, marking the first meeting between the two, which only Yu Bo Na remembers.
Meanwhile, one still also captures Ki Young Do’s (Mu Jin Seong) interview for Sales Team 3 at Durumi Electronics. As Ki Young Do attends the interview, a gun is suddenly pointed at him, causing him to freeze in extreme tension. It remains to be seen what led Ki Young Do to join Sales Team 3 and who is behind the gun pointed at him.
Ki Young Do’s first encounter with Yu Bo Na will also be revealed. In the still, Yu Bo Na looks at Ki Young Do with a relaxed gaze and warm smile, hinting at the reveal of the special bond between the two.
The production team said, “The hidden story of Yu Bo Na and Kwon Tae Sung, whose lives become intertwined behind the cheers of the World Cup, will bring a different kind of tension to the drama. Please look forward to the performance of Yu Bo Na, a killer who moves according to meticulous calculations, and Kwon Tae Sung’s past as he digs into the truth behind the case as the two stories intersect.”
They added, “It will be interesting to see what led Ki Young Do, who currently supports Yu Bo Na more closely and reliably than anyone else, to join Sales Team 3 as well as how he first came to form a connection with Yu Bo Na. Please stay tuned to the first encounter between these two people, where ferocity and warmth coexist.”

In the process, he winds up joining forces with the other residents in order to expose deep-rooted corruption.

On the second episode of “The Apartment Job,” Park Hae Kang jumped into the race for building representative in the hopes of getting his hands on his apartment complex’s 17.8 billion won (approximately $12 million) reserve fund. Meanwhile, the seemingly gentleman Lee Choong Won (Park Byung Eun) shocked viewers by revealing his violent true colors.
In newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming third episode, the two men cross paths once again at their apartment complex, marking their first time meeting alone. Park Hae Kang wears a cheerful smile as he readily extends his hand for a handshake, but the expression on Lee Choong Won’s blood-spattered face is hard to read.
