Kim Jong Min and his wife are becoming parents!

According to the production team of KBS2’s “The Return of Superman” on October 6, Kim Jong Min, who is currently serving as an MC for the show, announced his wife’s pregnancy during a recent filming session.

During the recording, Kim Jong Min could not hide his overwhelming joy as he revealed, “I am going to be a father,” adding, “My wife is currently 17 weeks pregnant.” Having tied the knot in 2025, he is becoming a father two years after his marriage.

Kim Jong Min also opened up about the extraordinary efforts he made to welcome his child, saying, “To have a baby, I haven’t touched a single drop of alcohol for the past year and have thoroughly managed my health. I think the baby came to us relatively quickly thanks to those earnest efforts.”

The production team of “The Return of Superman” stated, “Everyone, including RalRal and the staff, celebrated MC Kim Jong Min’s news of his child-to-be together.” They added, “We hope viewers look forward to the new side of Kim Jong Min as an expectant father, having watched the stories of ‘parenting seniors’ up close through ‘The Return of Superman.’”

The upcoming October 7 broadcast of “The Return of Superman” will feature MC Kim Jong Min personally sharing the happy news.

“The Return Of Superman” Stars Park Joo Ho And Anna Expecting Their 4th Child

Former “The Return of Superman” stars and South Korean former football player Park Joo Ho and his wife Anna are expecting their fourth child!

On August 13, Anna shared a new video on her YouTube channel, marking her first upload in four months. The video offers a glimpse into her everyday life before revealing that she is pregnant with her fourth child.

Toward the end of the video, Anna shared, “Because life has a way to unfold after darker times, with quiet promises of something precious,” as footage of her undergoing an ultrasound examination at a hospital was shown.

She continued, “With the hope that has come into our lives, we want to begin a new chapter together with our family and all of you.”

Park Joo Ho and Anna married in 2015 and have three children: daughter Na Eun and sons Gun Hoo and Jin Woo. The family gained widespread popularity through KBS 2TV’s variety show “The Return of Superman.”

In 2022, Anna revealed that she had been battling cancer. After undergoing treatment and recovering her health, she announced plans to resume her activities on YouTube.

Kim Ji Min And Kim Joon Ho Expecting Their First Child

On July 30, Kim Ji Min took to her personal Instagram account to announce her pregnancy and shared photos commemorating the special news. She wrote:

Last year in 2025, we became an eternal pair.
This year in 2026, we became the family of three we had always dreamed of!

A precious little life has found its way into my tiny belly!

Our first IVF journey began with my husband gently reassuring me not to push myself too hard and not to rush.

Thankfully, it felt as though our little Durup had been waiting just for this day, arriving on our very first attempt.

(Oh! Our baby’s nickname is Durup.)

For about two months, our doctors focused first on helping me restore my health. Thanks to them, I finally took the time to truly care for my body for the first time. (They even scolded me quite a bit, asking how I could have neglected my health for so long.)

During that time, I suddenly thought, “Ah… that’s right. I must have been a precious child my mom deeply longed and desired for too.” Feeling grateful and reflective, I think I worked even harder because of that.

Eventually, I was told that every test showed my body had returned to its original condition (a slight exaggeration). I still laugh thinking about how I immediately blurted out, “I want to start IVF right now!” because I was afraid the doctor might change his mind. It feels like just yesterday that he smiled like a proud father and happily replied, “Let’s do it.”

And that’s how our little Durup came into our lives.

Since then, so many people have been asking us about this. Even though I’m usually not very good at keeping secrets, I’ve somehow managed to keep this one all because of Durup’s strength!

And to ChatGPT, thanks for putting up with all my chatter!

Now that I’m safely past the early stage of pregnancy and can finally share the news, I think I’ll be able to sleep soundly tonight!

Now, with the two of us, Neukkim and Nari (the couple’s dogs), and little Durup, we truly have everything in the world.
