The upcoming horror film “The Shrine” has released new stills of Kong Seong Ha!

“The Shrine” tells the story of three college students who mysteriously disappear during an expedition to an abandoned shrine in Kobe, Japan, and the journey of a shaman and his college friend as they uncover the identity of the evil spirit behind the case.

Kong Seong Ha stars as Yoo Mi, the manager of a Korea-Japan joint village revitalization project. After becoming entangled in a series of bizarre incidents in Kobe while searching for her missing younger sibling, Yoo Mi turns to Myung Jin (Kim Jae Joong), a shaman and her former college senior with mysterious abilities, for help.

As Yoo Mi begins uncovering the evil spirit lurking within the abandoned shrine, she is swept through a complex emotional journey marked by fear, curiosity, confusion, and unwavering determination.

Watch: Lee Jun Young Faces Difficult Choices After An Unexpected Soul Swap In “Reborn Rookie” Teaser

JTBC has unveiled an intriguing new teaser for its upcoming drama “Reborn Rookie”!

“Reborn Rookie” tells the story of Kang Yong Ho (Son Hyun Joo), the powerful chairman of leading conglomerate Choiseong Group. After an accident, he unexpectedly finds himself living an unwanted second life when his soul is swapped into the youthful body of soccer player Hwang Jun Hyun (Lee Jun Young), forcing him to start over as a rookie employee at his own company.

The newly released teaser introduces Hwang Jun Hyun’s story through a “game” that forces him to make a series of choices. Upon sitting down at his computer, Hwang Jun Hyun is greeted with a title screen welcoming him to Choiseong Group. When he presses the start button, he is asked to choose between becoming a 72-year-old chaebol chairman and a 27-year-old intern, and he clicks on the latter.

Amidst glimpses of Hwang Jun Hyun’s struggles as a passionate new intern, he expresses his devotion to the company by declaring, “Your first job is like your first love.”

Next, Hwang Jun Hyun must decide between letting his eldest son (Jin Goo) destroy the company with his incompetence or letting his eldest daughter (Jeon Hye Jin) ruthlessly seize control of it, and he once again chooses the latter.

After a sneak peek of the vicious succession battle between the two siblings, the focus shifts to Hwang Jun Hyun’s youngest daughter (Lee Ju Myoung), with whom he will have to work as a newly hired intern. Having to watch his daughter from up close, his paternal instincts kick in, and he angrily scolds her for dating at work.

Finally, Hwang Jun Hyun is asked to make the difficult choice between protecting Choiseong Group and protecting his children. Turning to the camera, Hwang Jun Hyun begins to reply, “What I want is…” before trailing off.

Park Bo Young And Lee Hyun Wook’s Relationship Faces A Crisis In Upcoming Drama “Gold Land”

Disney+’s upcoming drama “Gold Land” has shared brand-new stills!

“Gold Land” follows Hee Joo (Park Bo Young), a security screening officer at an international airport who unexpectedly comes into possession of gold bars tied to an illegal smuggling ring. As those around her become consumed by greed and betrayal, Hee Joo is drawn into a dangerous battle—not just with others, but with her own growing desire to keep the gold.

The newly released stills capture the tension between Kim Hee Joo, who sought to escape her unfortunate past, and Lee Do Kyung (Lee Hyun Wook), who reached out to help her. The two, who had been secretly dating, begin to experience a rift in their relationship due to the 150 billion won (approximately $102 million) worth of gold bars. Do Kyung ends up dragging Hee Joo into an illegal smuggling case, increasingly leaning more toward greed than love. Their choices to protect each other turn into dangerous bets filled with suspicion, and their relationship eventually spirals in an unpredictable direction. It remains to be seen what they will ultimately choose when caught between love and greed.

The two, who look like an ordinary couple enjoying a trip together, soon face a sudden crisis due to conflicting desires and choices surrounding the 150 billion won worth of gold bars.

Describing her character’s complicated emotions, Park Bo Young said, “Do Kyung is someone Hee Joo is confused about. She doesn’t know whether she truly loved him or held onto him because she wanted to escape her life.”

Lee Hyun Wook commented, “To Do Kyung, Hee Joo is like a final destination and a sanctuary, but his choice could ultimately lead to the most dangerous consequences.”

Consisting of 10 episodes, “Gold Land” is set to premiere on April 29 and will release two new episodes each week.
