5 Breaking Points In Episodes 7-8 Of “Filing For Love”
This week, some things are in for a big change in “Filing for Love”! In these new episodes, some ghosts from the past return, crazy issues arise at present, and the future starts to look uncertain for Joo In Ah (Shin Hae Sun) and Noh Ki Jun (Gong Myoung). With the story moving forward and the tension between them intensifying, at this point, every step they take feels like a decisive choice. It’s one that could potentially change the course of their lives. Here are some moments that felt like a big breaking point in this K-drama!
Warning: spoilers from episodes 7-8 ahead.
1. Learning about Joo In Ah and Jeon Jae Yeol’s relationship
The cat is out of the bag, and although everyone could have had their suspicions, learning the truth behind the relationship between Joo In Ah and Jeon Jae Yeol (Kim Jae Wook) feels both relieving and bittersweet. Knowing they met when Jae Yeol was attempting to end his life and that In Ah gave all her heart and loyalty to this man even before starting a relationship, only for them to break up, is nothing short of tragic. But at the same time, knowing she has no lingering feelings nor regrets, even though their relationship ran deeper than your typical office romance, is also great.
While this information doesn’t give Ki Jun peace of mind, at least he is willing to give her the benefit of the doubt when he tells her about the anonymous report regarding her and Jae Yeol. If there are any more reasons to love Ki Jun’s character, then this is it. Because no matter how jealous he might be, or how petty he tries to act, like when he goes one-on-one against Jae Yeol in a soccer game, he remains true to his feelings for In Ah. Ki Jun ultimately decides to trust her and to close the case against her as a pure misunderstanding.
2. Joo In Ah and Noh Ki Jun growing closer
Love grows in the face of adversities. And even when Ki Jun getting literally stabbed by an employee who was sexually harassing female co-workers seems a little too drastic, it works its purpose. In Ah running towards Ki Jun the moment she knows he is hurt, and watching her frantic reaction upon seeing him covered in blood, is impressive. The anguish, the fear in her expression, and the devotion she shows staying by his side after he is out of danger give you chills with excitement. This is the definite moment when she opens up her heart, and everyone around her can notice how much brighter and happier she is; that is Ki Jun’s effect on her life.
And believe it or not, they aren’t even dating yet. But in a romance drama, there’s nothing better than two main characters communicating with each other and understanding each other’s minds. Before jumping into a relationship, which could feel like a slowdown in the pace they’ve been following, they have the chance to talk, to actually get to know each other better. As thrilling as the steamy kiss scenes may appear, the moment they share their fears and thoughts under the rain, that’s when the romance really sparks, and you can feel them falling completely in love.
3. Joo In Ah drawing the line with Jeon Jae Yeol
Before In Ah can start her sweet romance with Ki Jun, she still has one obstacle left to clear: Jeon Jae Yeol. Once she learns that he is trying to send Ki Jun overseas, she steps up to set the record straight. But In Ah drawing the line between them only makes him more desperate to reach out to her again, unable to let go of his lingering feelings. And it’s understandable, since his character is quite pitiful. But as sad as his life might be, the moment he chose his family’s company over love he had already sealed his fate.
Nonetheless, despite In Ah not having feelings for him anymore, when she realizes that Ki Jun could potentially damage Jae Yeol’s already precarious situation at the company, she decides not to disclose the information and agrees to send Ki Jun away as soon as possible. Although her actions come from the last threads of loyalty In Ah has for Jae Yeol, that ignites a spark of hope in his heart, which could potentially backfire on her in the future.
4. Park Ah Jeong confronting Jeon Jae Yeol about In Ah
So far, things have been looking like a love triangle, but a character that’s also been there all along is Park Ah Jeong (Hong Hwa Yeon). Contrary to what appeared in the beginning, she isn’t the type to unnecessarily cling to someone who clearly isn’t interested in her, which in her case is Jae Yeol. However, she isn’t a pushover either, and she does care about Ki Jun, even if she isn’t precisely fond of In Ah or their relationship.
Whether this change of heart comes out of jealousy or genuine concern, she is the only one with the courage to confront Jae Yeol about his petty attitude towards In Ah and Ki Jun. It does seem like her character is kept too much on the sidelines, without much relevance other than her having a crush on the second male lead. But that’s why the plot twist works so well when we find out that she is the one who sent the anonymous mail to Ki Jun about In Ah and Jae Yeol. And surely, she won’t stay silent about it anymore.
5. Noh Ki Jun running to Joo In Ah
When it seems like everything is set and done between Ki Jun and In Ah, both ready to give up on whatever was starting between them, the last breaking point happens. The time they spent together serves as the bridge to unite them again. That’s why it is so important that she explains her fears and how she’s always wished for someone to fight for her until the end, even if she pushed them away. And fortunately, Ki Jun also has the support of his older sisters, who make him see the truth behind In Ah’s actions.
Giving In Ah the hope she always wished to receive, Ki Jun travels to Jeju Island to clear up all the misunderstandings and ends up healing something he didn’t break. And In Ah reciprocates by giving the last step to him, kissing him wholeheartedly. This moment feels as special as it looks. The softness and passion of the scene is everything we’ve been waiting for them. Their dating era is finally starting, but what other troubles will they face in the future? Let’s find out in the next episodes of “Filing for Love”!

Shin Hae Sun And Gong Myoung Face A New Crisis In Their Budding Romance On “Filing For Love”
Will Shin Hae Sun and Gong Myoung’s love be able to overcome all the obstacles headed their way on “Filing for Love”?
tvN’s “Filing for Love” is a romantic comedy that tells the story of Noh Ki Jun (Gong Myoung), the ace of a major corporation’s audit department, who is suddenly demoted to the team that handles internal misconduct. He winds up becoming increasingly entangled with Joo In Ah (Shin Hae Sun), a tough and eccentric team leader who is hiding a secret.
Spoilers
On the previous episode of “Filing for Love,” Noh Ki Jun was shaken by the revelation that Joo In Ah and Jeon Jae Yeol (Kim Jae Wook) were exes. The episode then ended on an even more shocking cliffhanger as Noh Ki Jun was rushed to the emergency room after being attacked by an employee with a grudge against him.
In newly released stills from the drama’s next episode, Joo In Ah steadfastly remains by the injured Noh Ki Jun’s bedside in the hospital. As she tightly grasps his hand with a worried expression, Joo In Ah is unable to hide her genuine concern.
However, this tender vibe doesn’t last long: in the next set of photos, the couple’s cold gazes as they make eye contact in the office hint at a rift that has formed between them.
Another set of stills offers a glimpse of Joo In Ah and Jeon Jae Yeol’s business trip to Jeju Island. As Jeju Island is a place steeped in memories for the former couple, Jeon Jae Yeol arranged for them to travel there together after noticing the romantic tension that had formed between Joo In Ah and Noh Ki Jun.
In contrast to Joo In Ah’s strictly professional business smile, Jeon Jae Yeol’s complicated emotions show through in his expression.
The “Filing for Love” production team teased, “In Episode 8, which airs tonight, Joo In Ah and Noh Ki Jun will face unexpected misunderstandings and conflicts. With the added variable that is Jeon Jae Yeol thrown into the mix, please keep an eye on whether Joo In Ah and Noh Ki Jun’s sincere feelings will be able to reach one another.”

Shin Hae Sun Tends To An Injured Gong Myoung In “Filing For Love”
Get ready for an eventful company workshop on tvN’s “Filing for Love”!
“Filing for Love” is a new romantic comedy that tells the story of Noh Ki Jun (Gong Myoung), the ace of a major corporation’s audit department, who is suddenly demoted to the team that handles internal misconduct. As a result, he winds up getting entangled with Joo In Ah (Shin Hae Sun), a tough and eccentric team leader who is hiding a secret.
Spoilers
On the previous episode of “Filing for Love,” Noh Ki Jun boldly confessed his feelings to Joo In Ah, who was swayed by his unabashed honesty. Although Joo In Ah firmly pushed him away by comparing their relationship to a seemingly unattainable stuffed bear inside a claw machine, Noh Ki Jun refused to give up. After winning the bear in question, Noh Ki Jun made viewers’ hearts flutter by bringing Joo In Ah the stuffed toy and declaring, “See? It’s not impossible.”
In newly released stills from the drama’s next episode, Joo In Ah wears a worried expression as she tends to an injured Noh Ki Jun. While Noh Ki Jun has always steadfastly remained by her side, it is now Joo In Ah who is reaching out first to help him, and Noh Ki Jun’s comically wide eyes reveal just how surprised he is by Joo In Ah’s unexpectedly caring side.
However, this shift in the would-be couple’s dynamic isn’t the only thing that happens during Haemu Group’s team building workshop. While the workshop was originally intended to foster company unity, a massive scandal breaks out due to an unfortunate incident that leads to Audit Team 3 being summoned. Joo In Ah’s inability to hide her shock and Noh Ki Jun’s barely contained anger hint at the gravity of the situation.
The “Filing for Love” production team teased, “In Episode 7, which airs tonight, an opportunity arises for Joo In Ah and Noh Ki Jun to peek inside one another’s hearts and grow closer. You can also safely look forward to seeing how Noh Ki Jun and Joo In Ah navigate this scandal, which turned Haemu Group’s workshop upside down.”
They went on to add, “Please also keep an eye on what sort of choice Noh Ki Jun makes after learning about Joo In Ah and Jeon Jae Yeol’s past.”

2 Tense And 2 Intimate Moments In Episodes 5-6 Of “Filing For Love”
The weekend has gotten so much more entertaining now that “Filing for Love” is raising the bar for what any office romance should be. Gong Myoung as the puppy-like Noh Ki Jun and Shin Hae Sun as the charismatic Joo In Ah are making viewers obsessed with their intense chemistry and unique charm. Especially this week, things start to heat up for real for this couple. Here are some moments that rivaled between the intimacy and the tension in the latest episodes of this K-drama!
Warning: spoilers from Episodes 5-6 ahead.
Tense: In Ah and Ki Jun facing the aftermath of their kiss
Nobody could act in a normal way after an explosion of feelings, such as the mind-blowing kiss that In Ah and Ki Jun shared in last week’s episodes. So it is no surprise that they find themselves in an awkward position that only accentuates when In Ah tries to brush aside the issue with a simple apology. In that sense, Ki Jun has every right to feel hurt by her attitude. Nonetheless, In Ah also has valid reasons to act in the way she does, but we don’t know about them yet.
Things only turn even more uncomfortable after they have to investigate a case of an employee who uses inappropriate methods to ease his business deals and ends up creating a mess on his wedding day. This situation again brings out the unspoken question that hangs around In Ah and Ki Jun: Is their kiss really not that big of a deal? Especially given their respective positions as boss and subordinate.
This is why In Ah immediately draws the line between them, even if it looks like she is reluctant to do so. Fortunately, Ki Jun is aware of her intentions and isn’t afraid to point it out plainly. While his words increase the tension, it also makes his character all the more attractive. There’s nothing hotter than a man who isn’t afraid to talk about his feelings. And surely, In Ah could see this too, one way or another.
Intimate: Ki Jun learning about In Ah’s family life
It seems that the more In Ah tries to push Ki Jun away, the more the circumstances turn against her. By accident, he ends up finding out about the story of her family when her father, old and sick, appears out of nowhere looking for In Ah. And not only is she cold towards the man, but she bluntly asks him to never come back. As it turns out, he was married when he met In Ah’s mother, and she suffered through her life for being born out of an affair. The most poignant thing about this is that her mother, in an attempt to find new freedom in the world, was the one who started to nude model for art classes before tragically passing away, leaving a big scar on a young In Ah.
Strangely enough, this moment of vulnerability seems more intimate than when Ki Jun saw her completely naked, as she is exposing a deeper side of her heart. And Ki Jun has, in his own way, the perfect answer for this. He not only understands her feelings but also sympathizes without making it look like he pities her. He even cries in her place, since it seems like she isn’t the type to let her tears run easily.
As cliché as this moment might be, it isn’t cringy at all; on the contrary, it feels like a turning point for both of them, where In Ah is finally letting down some of her walls. At least, until he passes out completely drunk and she has to virtually carry him to his place. This is where, of course, she discovers that Park Ah Jeong (Hong Hwa Yeon) is living with him and used to date him, completely ruining the moment.
Tense: discovering the affair of Jeon Jae Yeol’s wife
Like many other popular shows, this K-drama follows the trend in combining several different subplots at the same time while the main one slowly develops. This format not only allows for the story to be more dynamic, but it also focuses the spotlight on other characters in an easy way. So while In Ah is fed up with Ki Jun after knowing about his housing situation, they have no choice but to work together on a new case after one of their most popular company’s models gets involved in a scandal. And everything starts to point out to one of the higher ups at the Haemu, making things more complicated.
So far, Jeon Jae Yeol (Kim Jae Wook) hasn’t stood out much outside of his image as the distant and ambitious vice chairman whose only concern is to win the power race against his younger stepbrother. But in these couple of episodes, we find out that, aside from the piece of work that his father is, his wife is also pretty much his worst nightmare. Jae Yeol seems to be completely uninterested in whatever his wife does as long as it doesn’t affect him. But when In Ah, alongside Ki Jun, discovers the underhanded scheme to cover up his wife’s affair with one of the company’s models, that’s when he finally snaps, and we start to see the man behind his mask.
Intimate: Ki Jun confessing his feelings for In Ah
Throughout these couple of episodes, tension never ceased to exist between In Ah and Ki Jun. Somehow, they master the fine art of inadvertently flirting in the office. Though she insists on keeping her distance, arguing that their relationship simply could never work, his sincere efforts slowly pierce at her walls. As straightforward as he is in his work, Ki Jun shoots his shot and admits his feelings for In Ah. With such a simple yet powerful attack, how could her heart remain unaffected? There’s not a chance. Furthermore, the camera work and the setting give us a perfectly romantic scene that is heart-fluttering as well.
There’s a point when In Ah even seems hopeful about the possibility of them being together, but she soon gives up before even having the chance to try. And that might have something to do with Jeon Jae Yeol. Although there were hints about a mysterious past between them, we can now see how much deeper their relationship runs. With this sudden love triangle showing up, it can only mean that things are about to get messier moving forward. Find out who is ready to steal In Ah’s heart in the next episodes of “Filing for Love”!

As a result, he winds up getting entangled with Joo In Ah (Shin Hae Sun), a tough and eccentric team leader who is hiding a secret.
Spoilers
On the previous episode of “Filing for Love,” Noh Ki Jun continued his bold pursuit of Joo In Ah, who decided to turn him down once and for all. Comparing their relationship to a seemingly unattainable stuffed bear inside a claw machine, Joo In Ah firmly told Noh Ki Jun that a relationship between them was impossible. Undeterred, Noh Ki Jun refused to give up and ultimately managed to win the bear, which he presented to her while declaring, “See? It’s not impossible.”
Noh Ki Jun also accidentally stumbled upon Jeon Jae Yeol (Kim Jae Wook) embracing Joo In Ah, piquing curiosity as to how the dynamics between the characters would change after this unexpected run-in.
In newly released stills from the drama’s next episode, Joo In Ah and Noh Ki Jun sit side by side on a bench after his blunt confession of his feelings. Now that the once-hidden secret of Joo In Ah’s connection to Jeon Jae Yeol has come to light, both characters are visibly struggling with complicated emotions.
Noh Ki Jun wears an expression of determination, as if he has made up his mind about something, while Joo In Ah’s eyes are full of sorrow as she gazes at the stuffed bear Noh Ki Jun brought her.
Another set of stills captures a tense confrontation between Joo In Ah and Jeon Jae Yeol. As Joo In Ah delivers a frosty warning, Jeon Jae Yeol’s expression betrays emotions that he hasn’t revealed before.
The “Filing for Love” production team teased, “In Episode 7, which airs tomorrow, Joo In Ah and Noh Ki Jun’s romance will face an unexpected crisis. Please keep an eye on the changes in Joo In Ah, Noh Ki Jun, and Jeon Jae Yeol, each of whom begins to make moves in order to protect their relationships in their own way.”
