May Singer Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for singers!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of singers’ media coverage, consumer participation, interaction, and community awareness indexes, using big data collected from April 23 to May 23.

BTS held onto their spot at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 7,132,535 for May.

Lim Young Woong also maintained his position at second place with a brand reputation index of 6,390,625 for the month.

CORTIS shot to third place after seeing a 132.43 percent increase in their brand reputation index since April, bringing their total score to 4,313,084.

HANRORO took fourth place with a brand reputation index of 2,861,706, marking a 68.57 percent rise in her score since last month.

Finally, IVE came in at a close fifth with a brand reputation index of 2,739,078 for May.

Circle Chart (formerly known as Gaon Chart) has revealed its chart rankings for the week of May 3 to 9!

Album Chart

CORTIS swept the top two spots on this week’s physical album chart with their new EP “GREENGREEN.” The regular version of the EP debuted at No. 1, while the Weverse version charted separately at No. 2.

BABYMONSTER similarly claimed the next two spots on the chart with their new mini album “CHOOM.” The regular version of the mini album debuted at No. 3, and the Nemo version charted separately at No. 4.

Finally, NAZE’s self-titled debut mini album entered the chart at No. 5.

Rising Singer Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for rising singers!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of various rising singers’ media coverage, consumer participation, interaction, and community awareness indexes, using big data collected from March 28 to April 28.

HANRORO topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 3,009,929, marking a 47.07 percent increase in her score since last month.

Trot singer Kim Yong Bin maintained his position at second place with a brand reputation index of 2,921,662, marking a 15.55 percent rise in his score.

KiiiKiii came in at a close third with a brand reputation index of 2,890,127, marking a 35.76 percent increase in their score.

WOODZ (Cho Seung Youn) took fourth place with a brand reputation index of 2,639,880, marking an 0.87 percent rise in his score.

Finally, ENHYPEN rounded out the top five after seeing a 51.73 percent increase in their brand reputation index, bringing their total score to 2,529,125.

The Korean Business Research Institute has published this month’s brand reputation rankings for rising stars!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of various rising stars’ media coverage, consumer participation, interaction, and community awareness indexes, using big data collected from March 30 to April 30.

Byeon Woo Seok shot to the top of this month’s list after seeing a whopping 197.57 percent increase in his brand reputation index since March, bringing his total score to 4,253,555.

Park Ji Hoon took second place for the month with a brand reputation index of 3,751,995, while Kim Yong Bin ranked third with a score of 3,424,573.

Heo Kyung Hwan came in at a close fourth with a brand reputation index of 3,424,573, marking a 47.05 percent increase in his score since last month.

Circle Chart (formerly known as Gaon Chart) has revealed its chart rankings for the week of April 5 to 11!

Album Chart

KickFlip swept the top two spots on this week’s physical album chart with their new mini album “My First Kick.” The regular version of the mini album debuted at No. 1, while the POCA version charted separately at No. 2.

AMPERS&ONE’s new mini album “DEFINITION” entered the chart at No. 3, while KISS OF LIFE’s single album “Who is she” debuted at No. 4.

Finally, KEYVITUP’s self-titled debut mini album “KEYVITUP” rounded out the top five for the week.

AKMU achieved a double crown on this week’s Circle charts, topping both the overall digital chart and the digital download chart with their latest hit “Joy, Sorrow, A Beautiful Heart.”

The brother-sister duo dominated this week’s digital download chart, where they claimed three of the top five spots with songs from their new album “Flowering.” Their title track “Joy, Sorrow, A Beautiful Heart” debuted at No. 1, with B-sides “Paradise of Rumors” and “Sunshine Bless You” entering the chart at No. 2 and No. 5 respectively.

BTS’s “SWIM” climbed back up to No. 3 for the week, while KickFlip’s new title track “Eye-Poppin’” debuted at No. 4.

Overall Digital Chart

HANRORO’s “Landing in Love” rose to No. 3 for the week, trailed by KiiiKiii’s “404 (New Era)” at No. 4 and HANRORO’s “0+0” at No. 5.

Streaming Chart

Hearts2Hearts’ “RUDE!” continued its reign at No. 1 on this week’s streaming chart, while KiiiKiii’s “404 (New Era)” held onto its spot at No. 2.

The next two spots on the chart went to HANRORO, with “Landing in Love” rising to No. 3 and “0+0” jumping to No. 4.

Finally, IVE’s “BANG BANG” rounded out the top five for the week.

Global K-Pop Chart

BTS maintained their double crown on the Circle charts this week, holding onto No. 1 on both the global K-pop chart and the social chart.

BTS continued to dominate the global K-pop chart with songs from “ARIRANG,” which once again swept four of this week’s top five spots. “SWIM” remained No. 1, followed by “2.0” at No. 3, “Body to Body” at No. 4, and “Hooligan” at No. 5.

Meanwhile, HUNTR/X’s long-running hit “Golden” (from the “KPop Demon Hunters” soundtrack) maintained its position at No. 2.

Social Chart 3.0
