Watch: Hyun Bin, Jung Woo Sung, Woo Do Hwan, And More Risk Everything In “Made In Korea 2” Trailer
“Made in Korea 2” has unveiled new character posters and a character trailer!
The first season of “Made in Korea” followed Baek Ki Tae (Hyun Bin), a man driven by ambition for wealth and power, and prosecutor Jang Geon Young (Jung Woo Sung), who sacrificed everything to stop him, as they confronted a monumental event in the turbulent 1970s.
“Made in Korea 2,” set nine years after the Season 1 finale, follows Baek Ki Tae, now at the peak of power; Jang Geon Young, who has been preparing a counterattack; and Baek Ki Hyun (Woo Do Hwan), who is pursuing a different path to power from his older brother. Their ambitions spiral out of control, shaking things up and creating an irreversible rift.
The character posters capture the unique aura of characters driven by their own desires. Alongside Baek Ki Tae, who is racing toward the pinnacle of power; Jang Geon Young, who has returned seeking revenge; and Baek Ki Hyun, who faces a difficult choice between his brother Baek Ki Tae and his convictions, the posters also introduce Oh Ye Jin (Seo Eun Soo), South Korea’s first female prosecutor; Ikeda Yuji (Won Ji An), who is vying for the position of the head of her organization; Cheon Seok Jung (Jung Sung Il), who wields absolute power; Pyo Hak Soo (Roh Jae Won), director of the Central Intelligence Agency’s Busan branch; Baek So Young (Cha Hee), who has become the mastermind behind an illegal business; as well as Madam Shin (Jang Hye Jin) and Hwang Dae Shik (Heo Jung Do). With their different goals bringing them together, the characters foreshadow an even fiercer and more dangerous confrontation.
The newly released character trailer also hints at an all-out clash between the Central Intelligence Agency and the Joint Investigation Headquarters. With a ruthless expression, Baek Ki Tae declares, “This is war now. It only ends when one side dies,” signaling the start of a massive confrontation. Cheon Seok Jung likewise reveals his hostility toward the Joint Investigation Headquarters, saying, “We need to cut them off at the root.”
The trailer also captures Ikeda Yuji’s commanding presence as she asks, “Is there anyone here who opposes me becoming kumicho (head of the organization)?” Meanwhile, Pyo Hak Soo’s ominous declaration, “As long as it’s not me,” and Madam Shin’s cryptic remarks as a new figure within the Central Intelligence Agency further heighten the tension.
The next scene shows Jang Geon Young pressuring Baek Ki Hyun, who has joined the Joint Investigation Headquarters, to make a choice: “There are only two choices here. Either you die and disappear, or you walk out alive.”
Oh Ye Jin, the Joint Investigation Headquarters’ first female prosecutor, also fearlessly throws herself into the battle, declaring, “What difference does it make whether you’re a female or male prosecutor? A prosecutor is just a prosecutor.”
Hwang Dae Shik displays his own chilling resolve, saying, “As much as you’ve done for me, I’ll take responsibility for you until the very end.” Meanwhile, Baek Ki Hyun’s response to Jang Geon Young—“Are you asking me to betray my brother?”—raises questions about the choice he will ultimately make.
Amid all this, Baek Ki Tae’s declaration, “Once you’ve started something, you have to see it through to the end,” further heightens anticipation for the intense power struggle to come.

Watch: Hyun Bin’s Destructive Pursuit Of Power Ignites A Dangerous Battle In “Made In Korea 2” Teaser
“Made in Korea 2” has unveiled its main poster and teaser!
The newly released main poster centers on Baek Ki Tae, who wields a rifle against a backdrop resembling a battlefield. Surrounding him are characters driven by their own desires and ambitions, including Jang Geon Young, who returns with a more cold and calculating demeanor than nine years ago; Baek Ki Hyun, who finds himself torn between his older brother Baek Ki Tae and Jang Geon Young; Oh Ye Jin (Seo Eun Soo); Ikeda Yuji (Won Ji An); Cheon Seok Jung (Jung Sung Il); Pyo Hak Soo (Roh Jae Won); and Baek So Young (Cha Hee).
They are joined by the newly introduced mysterious character Madam Shin (Jang Hye Jin) and Hwang Dae Sik (Heo Jung Do), the head of the military, foreshadowing a complex web of conflicting interests and fierce confrontations.
The tagline, “A single moment’s choice can change history,” further raises anticipation for the unpredictable decisions that will shake up the balance of power and the enormous consequences that follow.
The newly released main trailer previews a head-on clash between Baek Ki Tae, who seizes the opportunity created by the absence of the country’s highest authority on October 26, 1979, to secure the position of acting director of the Korean Central Intelligence Agency (KCIA), and the military forces led by Hwang Dae Sik, who stand against the KCIA.
An ambitious Baek Ki Tae then makes a cryptic proposal to Cheon Seok Jung, asking, “Would you like to cross the Han River bridge with me?” Cheon Seok Jung, who has joined forces with Baek Ki Tae, responds, “From now on, I’m going to trust only you.” As tensions between the KCIA and the military escalate, Jang Geon Young hints at his counterattack with the ominous remark, “Baek Ki Tae, you think this will last forever, don’t you?”
The trailer then cuts between a series of tense moments, including Oh Ye Jin interrogating Ikeda Yuji and Baek Ki Tae firing a barrage of bullets while declaring, “I’ll personally put an end to Hwang Dae Sik.” The conflict grows increasingly intense, culminating in the chilling line, “Whether you die, I die, or we both die,” hinting at a confrontation with no clear end in sight.
The main trailer concludes with Baek Ki Tae appearing to suppress his anger, heightening curiosity over what consequences his destructive pursuit of the pinnacle of power in the name of patriotism will ultimately bring.

Jung Hae In And Ha Young Face Love, Lies, And A Crime Boss In “Our Sticky Love”
Jung Hae In and Ha Young’s new romantic comedy “Our Sticky Love” premieres today!
“Our Sticky Love” is a sweet romantic comedy that follows Go Eun Sae (Ha Young), an amnesiac prosecutor who suddenly finds herself living under the same roof with Jang Tae Ha (Jung Hae In), a boxing coach who claims he’s her boyfriend. Set in a quiet countryside village lined with yeot (traditional Korean taffy) shops, their unexpected cohabitation sparks a quirky, heart-fluttering romance that’s as sweet—and sticky—as its setting.
The series is directed by Kim Jang Han of “Do You Like Brahms?” and “My Demon,” and written by Mo Ji Hye, who reunites with the director for the first time in four years since “You Raise Me Up.”
Centered on the romance that unexpectedly blossoms between Jang Tae Ha and Go Eun Sae, the series also weaves in action and noir elements through the relentless pursuit of crime boss Baek Sang Gil (Heo Sung Tae), who is hunting the very-much-alive Go Eun Sae. The colorful residents of Yeot Village further add warmth, humor, and heart to the story.
Jung Hae In stars as Jang Tae Ha, a suspicious boxing coach who claims to be Go Eun Sae’s boyfriend. After leaving a criminal organization in hopes of starting a new life, he reunites with his first love Go Eun Sae, and finds himself spinning a web of lies.
Ha Young plays elite prosecutor Go Eun Sae, who suffers from amnesia. Before losing her memories, she was known as Go Ji Won and was investigating a violent criminal organization when an accident left her unconscious. She later wakes up in an unfamiliar hospital and follows Jang Tae Ha—who insists he’s her boyfriend—to Yeot Village.
Heo Sung Tae plays crime boss Baek Sang Gil, who believed he had eliminated prosecutor Go Ji Won after she uncovered his greatest weakness. When he learns that she is still alive, he launches a relentless hunt to track her down.
The drama also features Kim Young Ok, Jeon Bae Soo, Seo Jung Yeon, Jang Hye Jin, Cha Chung Hwa, Kim Mi Hwa, Lee Jae Won, Jung Soon Won, and Choi Yu Ju as the lovable residents of Yeot Village.
Director Kim Jang Han shared, “Our top priority was staying true to the essence of a romantic comedy by making the romance and comedic moments between the two leads as enjoyable as possible. We also made sure the noir elements never became overly heavy.”
“Our Sticky Love” premieres on August 7 at 5 p.m. KST on Netflix.

Ha Young And Jung Hae In Are Surrounded By Eccentric Residents Of A Taffy-Making Village In “Our Sticky Love”
“Our Sticky Love” has unveiled new stills of Jung Hae In, Ha Young, and a star-studded supporting cast of veteran actors!
Adding an extra layer of noir-inspired suspense to the drama is Heo Sung Tae as Baek Sang Gil, the boss of the criminal organization Jang Tae Ha once belonged to. Having completely erased his criminal past and built a new identity, Baek Sang Gil believes he has successfully eliminated prosecutor Go Ji Won (Ha Young)—the person who knew his weakness. But when he learns she is still alive, he begins hunting her down.
The newly released photos also introduce the colorful residents of Yeot Village, who will bring even more laughter and heart to the series.
Kim Young Ok will play Go Yeon Hong, a master yeot artisan and Jang Tae Ha’s grandmother who is living with dementia. Jeon Bae Soo and Seo Jung Yeon will star as Hong Do Yeop, the director of Yeot Village’s Hong Boxing Gym, and his wife Do Jung Hwa. Their warmhearted characters are expected to become steadfast supporters of Jang Tae Ha and Go Eun Sae.
Dubbed the “S.E.S.” (first-generation South Korean girl group) of Yeot Village, Paeng Hee Ja, Jo Maeng Sook, and Na Geum Hyang will be played by Jang Hye Jin, Cha Chung Hwa, and Kim Mi Hwa, respectively, delivering scene-stealing performances and plenty of laughs as an unforgettable trio with larger-than-life personalities.
Joining them are Lee Jae Won as Ahn Ki Joon, Jang Tae Ha’s longtime friend and Go Eun Sae’s attending physician; Jung Soon Won as Kim Kang Rok, Jang Tae Ha’s trusted right-hand man; and Choi Yu Ju as Min Soo Ji, Ahn Ki Joon’s girlfriend. Together, they round out the lively cast that fills Yeot Village with nonstop happenings.
