The upcoming horror film “The Shrine” has released a new poster!

“The Shrine” tells the story of three college students who mysteriously disappear during an expedition to an abandoned shrine in Kobe, Japan, and the journey of shaman Myung Jin (Kim Jae Joong) and his college friend Yoo Mi (Kong Seong Ha) as they uncover the identity of the evil spirit behind the case.

The newly released poster offers a chilling glimpse of the terrifying entity that Myung Jin, a shaman with special abilities, must confront in the film.

Featuring the tagline, “Welcome the new god,” the poster heightens the sense of dread with the appearance of a mysterious evil spirit whose face remains completely hidden, making the image all the more unsettling.

Further amplifying the eerie atmosphere is the presence of an old torii gate—a symbolic passage into a sacred realm—raising anticipation for the film’s shamanism-based occult horror story.

Song Joong Ki Announced As Presenter For 35th Seoul Music Awards

Song Joong Ki will be partaking in this year’s Seoul Music Awards!

On May 18, the 35th Seoul Music Awards announced that Song Joong Ki will be attending the ceremony as a presenter. The announcement further shares that more presenters will be revealed soon.

Having impressed in countless hits including “Sungkyunkwan Scandal,” “Tree With Deep Roots,” “Descendants of the Sun,” “Vincenzo,” “Reborn Rich,” “My Youth,” and more, Song Joong Ki is currently gearing up for his next project “Love Cloud” (literal title).

Previously, it was announced that SUPER JUNIOR’s Leeteuk and KiiiKiii’s Leeseol will be hosting the ceremony, which will take place on June 20 at the Inspire Arena in Incheon.

Song Joong Ki Confirmed For New Rom-Com

Song Joong Ki will be starring in KBS’s upcoming drama “Love Cloud” (literal title)!

On May 14, KBS said Song Joong Ki has been cast in “Love Cloud.” Regarding scheduling, a KBS official said it is scheduled for the first half of next year.

“Love Cloud” tells the story of a former flight instructor and a former trainee pilot who, seven years later, meet again as an air traffic controller and a pilot, respectively, in Jeju, where even love becomes weather.

Song Joong Ki will play Kang Woo Joo, an air traffic controller. Park Ji Hyun is in talks for the role of the female lead Ahn Ha Nee.

Through this project, Song Joong Ki marks his return to a KBS drama, his first since KBS 2TV’s “Descendants of the Sun.” He previously gained widespread popularity domestically and internationally through the series, which became a major hit.

Upcoming film “The Shrine” has released new stills ahead of its premiere!

“The Shrine” tells the story of three college students who mysteriously disappear during an expedition to an abandoned shrine in Kobe, Japan, and the journey of a shaman and his college friend as they uncover the identity of the evil spirit behind the case.

Deep in the mountains of Kobe, university students participating in a Korea-Japan cultural exchange program suddenly vanish without a trace. The only clue left behind is an abandoned shrine, and as a series of unexplained events begins to spread from that place, tension steadily builds.

Meanwhile, in Korea, shaman Myung Jin (Kim Jae Joong)—who has been suffering from unexplainable nightmares—receives contact from his junior Yoo Mi (Gong Sung Ha), who is connected to the disappearance case. Eventually, he travels to Kobe and personally opens the doors to the abandoned shrine that had long been treated as forbidden ground.

The stills depict Myung Jin and Yoo Mi encountering not a clue to the disappearances, but something far beyond the realm of humanity.

Wendy, Young K, Kim Jae Joong, And More Announced As Masters For New Audition Show “The Scout”

The upcoming music audition program “The Scout” has unveiled its star-studded lineup of masters along with its first teaser!

On April 17, ENA announced its new music project “The Scout: Stars Reborn,” revealing Lee Seung Chul, Kim Jae Joong, Red Velvet’s Wendy, DAY6’s Young K, and Choo Sung Hoon as the show’s masters.

“The Scout” is a growth-focused music project in which top industry experts personally discover “hidden gems”—artists who have already debuted but have yet to fully showcase their potential—and guide them toward new opportunities.

Alongside the announcement, the show released its official poster and teaser video.

In the poster, the masters come together with a commanding presence, their forward-facing gazes reflecting their mission to uncover undiscovered talent. Lee Seung Chul stands at the center, anchoring the lineup with his signature charisma, while Young K and Choo Sung Hoon add a steady intensity with their arms crossed. With Kim Jae Joong and Wendy rounding out the team, the lineup highlights a wide range of musical backgrounds.

The teaser underscores the concept of “stars being reborn,” carrying the message, “A story of rising stars created by established stars.” In the clip, Lee Seung Chul explains, “There are many people who debuted but weren’t able to find success and became discouraged. The goal is to bring them back and ‘reboot’ them through music.”
