Watch: “Moving 2” Announces Full Cast With Script Reading Video

The second season of Disney+’s “Moving” has officially begun filming!

On May 18, the production team of “Moving 2” released a video from its first script reading session, revealing the full cast lineup.

Based on the webtoon of the same name by writer Kang Full, “Moving” is a superhero action drama about teenagers with hidden superhuman powers and their parents who harbor painful secrets from their pasts.

While Season 1 focused on younger leads like Bong Seok (Lee Jung Ha), Hui Soo (Go Youn Jung), and Gang Hoon (Kim Do Hoon), the upcoming season is expected to shift its focus more toward newly introduced characters and the adult generation who have returned to their daily lives following the “Jeongwon High School Incident,” as they move to protect their loved ones while facing new threats.

The series will be directed by Kim Seong Hun, known for the Netflix series “Kingdom” as well as the films “Ransomed,” “Tunnel,” and “A Hard Day.” He joins the project as a new addition, replacing director Park In Je who led Season 1.

The star-studded cast lineup has also been unveiled. Ryu Seung Ryong, Han Hyo Joo, Zo In Sung, Cha Tae Hyun, Ryu Seung Bum, Go Youn Jung, Kim Do Hoon, Kim Sung Kyun, Shim Dal Gi, Moon Sung Geun, Kim Jong Soo, Park Byung Eun, Kim Shin Rok, Lee Ho Jung, Park Kwang Jae, Kim Gook Hee, Kim Hee Won, Shin Jae Hwi, and Park Han Sol will be returning in Season 2.

Notably, it has been confirmed that Won Gyu Bin will take over the role of Bong Seok, replacing actor Lee Jung Ha who is currently fulfilling his mandatory military service. In addition, Sul Kyung Gu, Lee Hee Joon, Ryu Hye Young, Roh Yoon Seo, Kim Sung Kyu, Kim Gun Woo, and Choi Yoon Ji have newly joined the cast.

“Gold Land” has shared a more in-depth look at its intriguing characters!

“Gold Land” follows Hee Joo (Park Bo Young), a security screening officer at an international airport who unexpectedly comes into possession of gold bars tied to an illegal smuggling ring. As those around her become consumed by greed and betrayal, Hee Joo is drawn into a dangerous battle—not just with others, but with her own growing desire to keep the gold.

The character teaser introduces each of the main players in a battle to take the gold. Kim Hee Joo, a conflicted individual, claims, “I have the gold bars—it’s mine.” She asks, “If it doesn’t belong to anyone, why can’t I have it?” adding, “If I can just have this, I can do anything, and I also don’t have to do anything.”

Kim Sung Cheol plays Woo Gi, who finds out Hee Joo possesses smuggled gold and deliberately approaches her while eyeing the gold. He urges, “I’m here to help you,” making a promise with Kim Hee Joo. However, he gradually becomes violent as a man “honest in the face of desires.”

Lee Hyun Wook transforms into Lee Do Kyung, Kim Hee Joo’s lover and the catalyst of the incident. He tells Hee Joo, “Let’s change all the gold bars into cash and leave here.” He adds, “Trust me, and please do as I say.”

Lee Kwang Soo portrays Director Park, who promises to retrieve the casket with the gold bars, showing that he’s not afraid to use violent means to do so.

Corrupt police officer Kim Jin Man, portrayed by Kim Hee Won, shows an unexpected side as he wavers in the sight of gold. Finally, Moon Jung Hee, portraying Hee Joo’s mother, shows the dangerous results of greed.

The poster captures attention as the desires of five characters clash in tense opposition. Standing before 150 billion won (approximately $101,829,600) in gold bars, Kim Hee Joo, Woo Gi (Kim Sung Cheol), Lee Do Kyung (Lee Hyun Wook), Kim Jin Man (Kim Hee Won), and Director Park (Lee Kwang Soo) reveal their greed.
