Ji Sung Looks Thoroughly Unimpressed As Moon So Ri Leads A Passionate Protest In “The Apartment Job”
JTBC’s “The Apartment Job” has unveiled new stills of Ji Sung and Moon So Ri together at a protest!
JTBC’s “The Apartment Job” tells the story of former Oasis Gang boss Park Hae Kang (Ji Sung), who runs for president of an apartment complex’s resident council in order to get his hands on the complex’s hidden reserve fund. In the process, he winds up joining forces with the other residents in order to expose deep-rooted corruption.

Previously on “The Apartment Job,” Park Hae Kang confirmed that his apartment complex had a hidden 17.8 billion won (approximately $12 million) reserve fund for long-term repairs. He then entered into a fake marriage contract with Kang Ha Ri (Ha Yun Kyung) and formed a fake family with his squad in order to prepare for the resident council election.
Meanwhile, Jang Sook Jin (Moon So Ri), who had been taking an unusually keen interest in everything happening around the apartment complex, was shown practicing her campaign speech, declaring, “If I’m elected as a residents’ representative, I’ll create an apartment community where common sense prevails,” setting their rivalry for the election in motion.
The newly released stills showcase the duo’s completely opposite personalities. Park Hae Kang reluctantly joins a protest organized by Jang Sook Jin to demand the construction of a new subway station exit, but instead of showing enthusiasm, he stands off to one side among the residents, expressionless as he halfheartedly holds up a protest sign with a thoroughly annoyed look on his face.
Jang Sook Jin, on the other hand, passionately raises her sign high in the air and loudly leads the protest chants, showing off her boundless enthusiasm. However, another still captures Jang Sook Jin staring intently into the distance with a tense expression, hinting that something unexpected may unfold at the demonstration.
With the two now unexpectedly finding themselves on the same side despite their looming election showdown, viewers are left wondering what brought them together at the protest—and how their relationship will evolve going forward.
The next episode of “The Apartment Job” airs on July 18 at 10:40 p.m. KST.

MBC’s upcoming drama “A Bona Fide Killer” has unveiled a new teaser!
“A Bona Fide Killer” is an action drama about a working mother with a lethal job who is fighting to protect her work-life balance. In what marks her first MBC drama in 15 years, Kong Hyo Jin stars as Yu Bo Na, the seemingly ordinary manager of Sales Team 3 at Durumi Electronics, who is secretly the legendary sniper known as “Kingfisher.”
On the surface, Yu Bo Na appears to be an ordinary office workers, but unbeknownst to others, she is actually Kingfisher, a famous “one-shot, one-kill” assassin who eliminates heinous criminals that have escaped justice. After returning to work following a three-year maternal leave, she resumes her dangerous double life.
The teaser opens with a striking scene of Yu Bo Na pulling the trigger of a sniper rifle from the rooftop of a building. A bullet speeding through a narrow gap immediately captures viewers’ attention.
However, the mood quickly shifts when she appears before her mother-in-law, Ok Sun Ja (Cha Mi Kyung), holding a kitchen knife and says, “I’m not really used to using this for this kind of purpose,” revealing an unexpected side of herself.
In one scene, her mother-in-law, seemingly offended that her son, Kwon Tae Sung (Jung Jun Won), took Yu Bo Na’s side, throws an apple at him as he and Bo Na try to leave the house, only for Bo Na to swiftly turn around and catch it with one hand, shocking her mother-in-law and sisters-in-law.
The teaser also gives a glimpse of Bo Na at her office job at Durumi Electronics as well as her spending time with her husband and daughter.
The teaser concludes with Yu Bo Na, who now has a family to protect, lifting her sniper rifle as she declares, “The client meeting is now in session,” heightening anticipation for the drama.

Ha Yun Kyung plays Kang Ha Ri, a law school graduate who dreams of becoming a lawyer but fails the bar exam every time she takes it. A character with the sharp wit of a future legal professional and maximum resourcefulness, Kang Ha Ri is currently working part-time at the free legal counseling center of the major law firm We Partners.

JTBC’s upcoming drama “The Apartment Job” has unveiled its first teaser!
“The Apartment Job” follows former gangster Hae Kang (Ji Sung) as he runs for apartment association president to get his hands on the building’s hidden money and teams up with residents to expose corruption.
The teaser opens with elevator doors sliding open to reveal Park Hae Kang. Set in a VIP-only illegal gambling den, he is described as “a ruthless guy when it comes to making money and collecting money.” The scene introduces the former Oasis gang boss, known for a 0 percent uncollected debt record. Action and debt collection scenes establish his presence.
The tone shifts as “Gecko” (Kim Won Hae), wearing long johns, shouts, “There’s a lot of blind money in the apartment.” Park Hae Kang, Kim Kyung Nam (Jung Soon Won), Jang Jae Gil (Hwang Hee), and Big Brother (Kim Kyu Won) then find long-term repair reserve funds on a maintenance fee bill and set a new goal, asking, “Is there 10 billion won (approximately $6,664,670) in this apartment?”
Park Hae Kang states, “We’re taking it over starting now.” Joined by Kang Ha Ri (Ha Yun Kyung) and his team, he enters the residents’ association president election. He is seen dancing in campaign clothes and working to win over residents, showing a different side of him.
The teaser also highlights Ji Sung’s range as an actor, shifting between a former gang boss and an election candidate. The story also teases an unpredictable relationship between Park Hae Kang and Kang Ha Ri, along with the mystery of hidden money in the apartment complex.
At the end of the teaser, Park Hae Kang salutes and says, “We’ll collect the maintenance reserve fund within three months and leave.” It remains to be seen whether their plan will succeed and how Park Hae Kang and Kang Ha Ri will become connected.
