Upcoming film “Portrait of a Family” has unveiled its first teaser!

“Portrait of a Family” is a family chronicle that follows top star couple Jung Gu (Ryu Seung Ryong) and Nam Mi (Ha Ji Won). After their marriage falls apart due to the sudden appearance of Jung Gu’s daughter Dong Ju (Kim Si Ah), the film picks up eight years later, depicting the couple’s desperate pursuit of the truth to save Dong Ju after she becomes embroiled in a shocking incident.

The film is a new project from director Lee Ji Won, who won the Best New Director award in the film category at the 55th Baeksang Arts Awards for “Miss Baek.”

The newly released trailer begins with Jung Gu facing the death of a middle school girl that occurred at Urim river. This is followed by Dong Ju’s confession, “It’s my fault that she died,” which heightens curiosity regarding the truth behind the incident.

The trailer intercuts the warm memories of the past—when Jung Gu gifts Dong Ju shoes and says, “Do you know what day it is today? It’s the day you and I met”—with their precarious present situation, depicting the depth of their relationship.

The trailer concludes with Nam Mi’s firm voice saying, “Do whatever it takes to win. And save her,” followed by a scene of Jung Gu desperately running while holding Dong Ju’s hand, foreshadowing a family’s desperate struggle to protect their child.

Actor Lee Jung Hyun Confirms Marriage Plans

Actor Lee Jung Hyun will be tying the knot this year!

On July 8, a media outlet reported that Lee Jung Hyun will hold his wedding ceremony at a location in Seoul this coming December.

In response to the report, EPLE ENT confirmed his marriage plans alongside the news of signing an exclusive contract with the actor.

Lee Jung Hyun left a strong impression in the 2018 tvN drama “Mr. Sunshine,” where he perfectly portrayed the role of Japanese Sergeant Tsuda. Since then, he has built a solid filmography by appearing in various projects including the dramas “Sweet Home,” “Snowdrop,” “The Escape of the Seven: Resurrection,” and “Reverse” as well as the film “Shark: The Beginning.”

Currently, Lee Jung Hyun is appearing in the drama “New Recruit 4,” which is set to conclude in July. He is also set to star in the film “New Recruit: The Movie.”

KBS 2TV’s upcoming drama “The Husband” has unveiled new stills ahead of the premiere!

“The Husband” is a thriller starring Namkoong Min as a man on the brink of divorce who unexpectedly becomes embroiled in a desperate fight with a dangerous criminal in order to rescue his wife.

Namkoong Min plays neurosurgeon Kang Tae Joo, who becomes involved in a kidnapping incident the day after telling his wife he wants a divorce, while Lee Seol plays his wife, Go Se Yoon, who is kidnapped by Noh Man Hee (Kim Dae Myeung) without knowing the reason.

In the stills, Kang Tae Joo and Go Se Yoon are shown with contrasting facial expressions while attending an official hospital event. The two, who serve as a neurosurgeon and board chairwoman of the hospital, are seated side by side on the stage. However, Kang Tae Joo appears indifferent to his wife as he looks at his mobile phone, while Go Se Yoon is acutely aware of her husband’s every move.

GroovyRoom’s Park Gyu Jeong Confirms Plans For Marriage

Hip hop producer duo GroovyRoom’s Park Gyu Jeong is tying the knot!

On July 2, JTBC reported that Park Gyu Jeong of the producing group GroovyRoom is getting married. According to their report, his bride-to-be is a non-celebrity and the couple will hold their wedding ceremony this autumn.

In response to the report, GroovyRoom’s agency AT AREA confirmed, “Park Gyu Jeong is currently preparing for his wedding.”

GroovyRoom is a producing group that debuted in 2015. They served as mentors on seasons 2 and 3 of Mnet’s hip hop audition program “High School Rapper” and as producers and judges on seasons 9, 11, and 12 of “Show Me The Money.” Recognized for their musicality, they won the Producer of the Year award for two consecutive years at the Korean HipHop Awards in 2017 and 2018.

Earlier in May, his groupmate Lil Moshpit was also revealed to have gotten engaged. At the time, his non-celebrity girlfriend shared photos capturing the romantic proposal moments in Nice, France, announcing their engagement.

We came this far by loving each other more busily than anyone while bickering, fighting and making up, and squabbling.
