Lee Jae Wook And Shin Ye Eun Fall In Love After Meeting On An Island In “Doctor On The Edge”

ENA’s upcoming drama “Doctor on the Edge” has unveiled two romantic posters!

“Doctor on the Edge” will tell the love story of public health doctor Do Ji Eui (Lee Jae Wook), who is assigned to the notorious island Pyeondong, and nurse Yook Ha Ri (Shin Ye Eun), who is hiding a secret. After crossing paths on a remote island, they embark on a heartwarming journey of saving lives and learning about love as they get to know the island’s residents.

As Do Ji Eui actively avoids islands due to a past trauma, getting assigned to Pyeondong is his worst nightmare. However, he gradually begins to undergo a transformation after becoming entangled with Yook Ha Ri, a warm and caring nurse who has returned to her island hometown with a secret.

The newly released posters capture Do Ji Eui and Yook Ha Ri sitting side by side and sharing a pair of earphones as they look out at the sea. Do Ji Eui’s gaze as he looks at Yook Ha Ri hints at the romance to come, while his troubled eyes as he faces the sea hints at the struggles he will endure due to his island-related trauma.

Han Sun Hwa And Go Youn Jung Have A Tense First Meeting In “We Are All Trying Here”

JTBC’s “We Are All Trying Here” has released new stills ahead of the upcoming episode!

“We Are All Trying Here” tells the story of Hwang Dong Man (Koo Kyo Hwan), an aspiring film director who, surrounded by successful friends, believes he is the only one whose life isn’t working out. Consumed by anguish, envy, and jealousy, he sets out on a journey in search of peace.

Previously, Hwang Dong Man, Jang Mi Ran (Han Sun Hwa), and Lee Jun Hwan (Sim Hee Sub) bonded through the common enemy of Park Kyung Se (Oh Jung Se).

The newly released preview stills showcase a cold atmosphere at AZIT with Byun Eun Ah (Go Youn Jung), Jang Mi Ran, Lee Jun Hwan, and Choi Dong Hyun (Choi Won Young) that is in stark contrast from the previous night. Jang Mi Ran’s facial expression is stiff after examining Lee Jun Hwan’s script, making viewers curious about the shift in atmosphere.

Furthermore, this will mark the first meeting between Byun Eun Ah and Jang Mi Ran. The two share the unlikely fate of being top star Oh Jung Hee’s (Bae Jong Ok) hidden daughter and famous stepdaughter. As the production team hints that Byun Eun Ah’s sharp feedback will turn to Jang Mi Ran, viewers are curious to see how the story will unfold as the two daughters may end up as PD and lead actress for Lee Jun Hwan’s project.

The production team shared, “Despite coming to a mutual understanding through a common enemy, [their relationship] will rapidly cool through Lee Jun Hwan’s script. Please don’t miss the broadcast of episode 6 to see what will unfold,” sharing that Byun Eun Ah’s sharp critique will be a point to keep watch for in episode 6.

BXB To Part Ways With Agency After Holding A Final Fan Meeting In May

BXB will be parting ways with their agency WOLFBURN.

On April 17, WOLFBURN announced that BXB’s exclusive contracts with the agency were set to expire within the first half of the year.

The agency’s full statement is as follows:

Hello.
This is WOLFBURN.

First, we would like to sincerely thank the GREAM [BXB’s fans] who have cherished and rooted for BXB up until now.

As BXB’s exclusive contract period will end in the first half of this year, their exclusive contracts with our agency will be expiring during the first half of the year.

We will make a separate announcement regarding the precise contract end date.

After plenty of discussion between the members and the company over a long period of time, we have decided to end things on a beautiful note after the following scheduled activities:

● Final concert in Japan: April 17 ~ 19, 2026

● Fan meeting in Korea (final goodbye to fans): scheduled for May 2026

We will do our utmost to prepare so that the BXB members and GREAM can spend meaningful time together during the remaining period.
