May Rookie Idol Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for rookie idol groups!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of various rookie idol groups, using big data collected from April 1 to May 1.

KiiiKiii continued their reign at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 1,154,671. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “Gen Z vibe,” “404,” and “KiiiKiii FesTiiival,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “distinguish themselves,” “participate,” and “active.” KiiiKiii’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 92.17 percent positive reactions.

Meanwhile, TWS rose to second place with a brand reputation index of 930,321 for May.

Hearts2Hearts came in at a close third with a brand reputation index of 904,097, while CORTIS followed in fourth with a score of 877,463.

Finally, ILLIT rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 776,045, marking a 3.94 percent increase in their score since April.

May Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for girl groups!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various girl groups, using big data collected from April 10 to May 10.

IVE continued their reign at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 4,663,701. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “BANG BANG,” “ARCH-IVE,” and “world tour,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “prove,” “charming,” and “sold out.” IVE’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 93.41 percent positive reactions.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK held onto their spot at second place with a brand reputation index of 3,944,164.

ILLIT shot to third place after seeing a whopping 286.80 percent increase in their brand reputation index since April, bringing their total score to 3,351,051 for the month.

LE SSERAFIM took fourth place with a brand reputation index of 2,922,334, marking a 28.54 percent rise in their score since last month.

Finally, TWICE came in at a close fifth with a brand reputation index of 2,718,410, marking a 31.20 percent increase in their score since April.

May Individual Rookie Idol Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for individual rookie idols!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of various rookie idols, using big data collected from April 5 to May 5.

ILLIT’s Wonhee maintained her position at the top of the list with a brand reputation index of 362,881 for May. High-ranking phrases in her keyword analysis included “cheek fat,” “It’s Me,” and “techno,” while her highest-ranking related terms included “mature,” “cute,” and “advertise.” Wonhee’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 92.05 percent positive reactions.

Hearts2Hearts’ Ian took second place with a brand reputation index of 280,271, and CORTIS’s Keonho ranked third with a score of 188,707.

TWS’s Dohoon came in at a close fourth with a brand reputation index of 185,363, while his bandmate Shinyu rounded out the top five with an index of 171,957, marking a 44.05 percent increase in his score since April.
