“See You at Work Tomorrow!” has unveiled heartbreaking stills of Kang Mina.

Based on a webtoon, “See You at Work Tomorrow!” is a romance drama starring Park Ji Hyun as Cha Ji Yoon, an office worker stuck in a career rut. After becoming entangled with her prickly boss Kang Si Woo (Seo In Guk), she winds up making a fresh start both in her career and in her love life.

In the previous episode, Yoon No Ah (Kang Mina) traveled out of town to see her long-distance boyfriend Kim Goo Won (Yoon Jung Hoon), who had stopped communicating with her. Instead of greeting her warmly, however, Kim Goo Won greeted her with cold indifference, leaving Yoon No Ah shocked and heartbroken. The tense reunion hinted that their long-distance relationship had reached a breaking point.

Newly released stills capture the couple sitting down for another conversation. Yoon No Ah cautiously tries to speak to Kim Goo Won, gazing at him with pleading eyes, while he remains calm and expressionless, underscoring the emotional distance between them.

Another still reveals Yoon No Ah dropping to her knees and bowing her head before Kim Goo Won in a heartbreaking plea. A newly released preview of the episode starts by introducing Seo In Guk, who is appearing on the popular variety show for the very first time. Seo In Guk delights Moon Se Yoon by declaring himself a huge fan of the comedian, even going so far as to say, “To me, he’s kind of like Superman.”

Later on, Kang Mina talks about working with P.O on the hit 2019 drama “Hotel Del Luna,” in which they played love interests. Kang Mina Joins Bae In Hyuk In Talks For New Office Rom-Com Drama

Kang Mina may star in the upcoming rom-com drama “Protect Me” (literal title) alongside Bae In Hyuk!

On June 9, a media outlet reported that Kang Mina will star as the female lead in the new drama “Protect Me.”

In response to the report, her agency Story J Company shared, “Kang Mina received an offer to appear in the new drama ‘Protect Me’ and is positively reviewing it.”

Based on a webtoon, “Protect Me” is an office romantic comedy about a former national team detective who doesn’t trust herself and infiltrates a company as the secretary to a third-generation chaebol heir who doesn’t trust others, leading the two distrustful individuals to protect and save each other.

Kang Mina has reportedly been offered the role of Kang Hae Ra, a detective sergeant on the violent crimes squad. Previously in May, it was reported that Bae In Hyuk is in talks to play the male lead.

Kang Mina Reported To Reunite With Byeon Woo Seok In “Solo Leveling” Live-Action Adaptation + Agency Briefly Responds

Kang Mina may star in a new drama!

On May 13, a media outlet reported that Kang Mina would appear in Netflix’s upcoming original series “Solo Leveling.”

In response to the report, her agency Story J Company stated, “Nothing has been confirmed [regarding her appearance in ‘Solo Leveling’].”

“Solo Leveling,” which originally began as a web novel before being adapted into a webtoon and an animated series, tells the story of Sung Jin Woo, an E-rank Hunter—the lowest tier among those who protect the real world from monsters beyond the mysterious Gates. After a near-death experience, he gains extraordinary abilities, and as he levels up, he becomes humanity’s unexpected hope.

It was previously confirmed that Byeon Woo Seok will lead the series as Sung Jin Woo, while Han So Hee is currently in talks for the role of Cha Hae In. Kang You Seok is also in talks for the role Yoo Jin Ho.

Kang Mina debuted as a member of the group I.O.I. She recently appeared in Netflix’s original series “If Wishes Could Kill,” where she played Im Na Ri. She previously worked with Byeon Woo Seok in “Moonshine” and short drama “History of walking Upright.”

In a new interview and pictorial for Singles magazine, Kang Mina dished on her latest drama “If Wishes Could Kill,” her decade-long career, and more!

With the 10th anniversary of her debut approaching, Kang Mina spoke about her love for her career, emphasizing that she is still in the process of growing as an actress.

“When I’m doing interviews or talking about my character on set, I find myself becoming more talkative,” she shared. “At some point, I just naturally realized, ‘Wow, I really love acting.’”

Kang Mina most recently starred in the new Netflix horror series “If Wishes Could Kill,” in which she plays the beautiful and popular high school student Na Ri.

Describing her character, Kang Mina remarked, “Na Ri’s charm is that she has both an 18-year-old’s innocence and fear.”

“After post-production, the director told me that [Na Ri] came off looking a lot more evil than expected, which initially made me worried,” she confessed.

In order to prepare for her role, Kang Mina exclusively watched horror films and dramas before filming the series, and she also practiced lying down and moving only her eyes and lips while filming herself with a camera.

Kang Mina’s next project is the upcoming drama “See You at Work Tomorrow!” (also known as “Back to Work!”), which marks her reunion with her “Café Minamdang” and “Twelve” co-star Seo In Guk.

Kang Mina revealed that when she was first cast in “If Wishes Could Kill,” she confided in Seo In Guk about her concerns and apprehensions about the role. In response, Seo In Guk told her simply, “Do a good job. Congratulations.”

“That one response gave me a lot of strength, more than any long-winded answer could have,” recalled Kang Mina.

As for how she’s spending her time recently, Kang Mina shared that these days, she finds happiness in stopping to try out a new bakery whenever she spots one while walking her dogs.

The Netflix series “If Wishes Could Kill” has unveiled its main poster and trailer!

“If Wishes Could Kill” is a horror series about a group of high schoolers who suddenly learn that they are fated to die after being cursed by a mysterious wish-granting app called “GIRIGO.” As they race against time to escape the app’s deadly curse, they wind up uncovering its sinister truth.

The main poster initially appears to depict an ordinary classroom, but the cold, expressionless faces of the five students create an unsettling tension. Se Ah (Jeon So Young) and Na Ri (Kang Mina)’s phones emanate a red glow, while the phone placed in front of Ha Joon (Hyun Woo Seok) displays the screen of the deadly wish-granting app “GIRIGO.” In the back of the classroom, the presence of a mysterious female student sitting alone with her phone further heightens the eerie atmosphere. Rather than a space of youthful innocence, the classroom is portrayed as one filled with darkness and tension.

The main trailer begins with Hyeong Wook (Lee Hyo Je), who unexpectedly scores a perfect grade, proudly introducing the app “GIRIGO” to his friends. The app grants wishes when users input their personal details, record a video making a wish, and hit send.

Soon after Geon Woo (Baek Sun Ho) and Hyung Wook make their wishes, they receive a notification saying, “Your wish has been granted,” and a mysterious timer within the app begins to count down.

From that point on, unexplainable and eerie events begin to unfold, as scenes of terrified students heighten the tension. Ha Joon’s warning that the timer cannot be stopped, combined with the phrase “The death timer begins,” amplifies the anxiety over what will happen when the countdown reaches zero.

Meanwhile, Na Ri’s outburst—“Is the app possessed by a ghost or something?”—further raises questions about the true identity of the app. The trailer continues with Se Ah running through a darkened school in fear, intercut with urgent scenes of shamans Hae Sal (Jeon So Nee) and Bang Wool (Noh Jae Won) performing a ritual, hinting at the group’s desperate struggle to break the curse of “GIRIGO.”

“If Wishes Could Kill” will be released on Netflix on April 24.
