May Advertisement Model Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for advertisement models!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of consumer behavior, using big data collected from April 7 to May 7. The Korean Business Research Institute evaluated the participation, communication, media, and social values of popular advertisement models in order to calculate each star’s total brand reputation index for the month.

Byeon Woo Seok topped this month’s list after seeing a whopping 356.40 percent increase in his brand reputation index since April, bringing his total score to 3,762,141. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “Grand Prince Ian,” “Perfect Crown,” and “Jae Seok’s B&B Rules!”, while his highest-ranking related terms included “heart skip a beat,” “confess,” and “model.” Byeon Woo Seok’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 93.51 percent positive reactions.

Lim Young Woong took second place with a brand reputation index of 3,349,309, marking a 15.64 percent rise in his score since last month.

Soccer star Son Heung Min jumped to third place after seeing a 184.25 percent increase in his brand reputation index, bringing his total score to 3,067,512 for the month.

Park Ji Hoon came in at a close fourth with a brand reputation index of 2,831,202, marking a 49.25 percent increase in his score since April.

Finally, BTS rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 2,691,868 for May.

Lim Ji Yeon Adapts To 21st-Century Life As A Home Shopping Model In “My Royal Nemesis”

Lim Ji Yeon is quickly getting the hang of modern-day life on “My Royal Nemesis”!

SBS’s “My Royal Nemesis” is a new romantic comedy starring Lim Ji Yeon as Shin Seo Ri, a struggling actress who is suddenly possessed by the spirit of a notorious villainess from the Joseon era. Heo Nam Jun stars as Cha Se Gye, a ruthless chaebol heir who is known as a “monster created by capitalism.”

On the first episode of “My Royal Nemesis,” Shin Seo Ri made up her mind to survive in the modern day after unexpectedly waking up in 2026. After singling out Cha Se Gye as someone powerful enough to protect her as her personal “spear and shield,” Shin Seo Ri approached him for help, and she even managed to save his life when she instinctively sensed murderous intent aimed at him.

In newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming second episode, Shin Seo Ri appears to have already adapted to life in modern-day Korea, even without Cha Se Gye’s help. First, Seo Ri is seen hiding behind a sofa and lying in wait for Se Gye, having somehow managed to get past his ironclad security detail.

Later, Seo Ri takes on a part-time job as a home shopping model, and her eyes widen in front of a mouthwatering spread of food.

The newly released stills show Shin Seo Ri’s first part-time job. Seo Ri, who once worked alone and rose from a lowborn background to the position of royal concubine, now uses the skills she developed as a “Joseon villainess” in her part-time job as a home shopping model in the 21st century, quickly becoming known as a “home shopping goddess.”

One still shows Seo Ri holding a Chinese-language textbook with glowing eyes. Her confident posture suggests strong Chinese language skills, and her unhinged gaze reflects her confidence in achieving a sellout.
