The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for dramas!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, community awareness, and viewership indexes of 21 popular dramas, using big data collected from June 9 to July 9.
“Agent Kim Reactivated” topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 10,334,054. High-ranking phrases in the drama’s keyword analysis included “So Ji Sub,” “Yoon Kyung Ho,” and “viewership ratings,” while its highest-ranking related terms included “solid,” “surpass,” and “success.” The show’s positivity-negativity analysis revealed a score of 94.79 percent positive reactions.
Meanwhile, “My Royal Nemesis” took second place with a brand reputation index of 7,851,200.
“Reborn Rookie” ranked third with a brand reputation index of 7,238,485, while “Teach You a Lesson” came in at a close fourth with a score of 7,119,086.
Finally, “Recipe for Love” rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 6,685,595.

Not only did “My Royal Nemesis” top the list of the most buzzworthy dramas, but its stars also dominated the list of the most buzzworthy drama cast members. Lim Ji Yeon and Heo Nam Jun topped the list at No. 1 and No. 2 respectively, while Jang Seung Jo held onto his spot at No. 7.

Set in 1980s Seoul, “A Hundred Memories” revolves around two young women whose lives become inseparable as they navigate friendship, dreams, and first love. Go Young Rye (Kim Da Mi) is a hardworking bus hostess on Route 100 who endures constant motion sickness while supporting her family and dreaming of one day attending university. Opposite her is Seo Jong Hee (Shin Ye Eun), a confident and spirited newcomer determined to leave behind her troubled past and build a better future for herself.
The two women quickly form a deep bond while working together, finding comfort and strength in each other amidst the hardships of everyday life. However, their friendship is put to the test when Han Jae Pil (Heo Nam Jun), the charismatic son of a wealthy department store owner, unexpectedly enters their lives. As both women experience the joys and heartbreaks of first love, they must learn whether their friendship can withstand the challenges of growing up, pursuing their ambitions, and finding their place in a rapidly changing world.
“A Hundred Memories” is primarily about the friendship between its two female leads and how it transforms their lives. However, Heo Nam Jun’s character also plays a significant role in the narrative. As the center of both women’s love, Han Jae Pil could easily have come across as an indecisive or even frustrating character stuck between two love interests. Instead, the development of his relationship with the eventual endgame female lead feels gradual and natural. It is also refreshing to see him share believable chemistry with both women at different points in the story, without either female lead being reduced to a side character in her own narrative.

“Teach You a Lesson” and “My Royal Nemesis” swept all of the top spots on this week’s rankings of the most buzzworthy dramas and actors!
This week, Netflix’s “Teach You a Lesson” rose to No. 1 on Good Data Corporation’s weekly list of the dramas that generated the most buzz. The company determines each week’s rankings by collecting data from news articles, blog posts, online communities, videos, and social media about dramas that are either currently airing or set to air soon.
Not only did “Teach You a Lesson” top the list of the most buzzworthy dramas, but its stars claimed two of the top five spots on this week’s list of the most buzzworthy drama cast members: Kim Moo Yul took No. 3 on the list, followed by Jin Ki Joo at No. 5.
SBS’s “My Royal Nemesis” ranked No. 2 on this week’s drama list, in addition to making a strong showing on the actor list. “My Royal Nemesis” Ends On Highest Ratings Of Its Entire Run
SBS’s “My Royal Nemesis” went out on an all-time high!
On June 20, the popular romance drama achieved the highest viewership ratings of its entire run with its series finale. According to Nielsen Korea, the final episode of “My Royal Nemesis” soared to an average nationwide rating of 11.8 percent, marking a new personal record for the show.
Not only did “My Royal Nemesis” take first place in its time slot across all channels, but it was also the most-watched miniseries to air this week. Additionally, the drama was the most-watched show of any kind to air this week among the key demographic of viewers ages 20 to 49, with whom it earned an average rating of 4.5 percent.
Meanwhile, JTBC’s “Reborn Rookie” kicked off the second half of its run on its highest ratings to date for a Saturday (when its ratings have generally been lower compared to Sundays). The latest episode of the drama scored an average nationwide rating of 8.8 percent.
MBC’s “Fifties Professionals,” which has just two episodes left to go, earned an average nationwide rating of 4.8 percent ahead of its final week.
Finally, KBS 2TV’s “Recipe for Love” continued its reign as the most-watched show of Saturday with an average nationwide rating of 15.1 percent.

In newly released stills from the drama’s upcoming final episode, Shin Seo Ri has returned to Joseon, where she is reunited with Grand Prince Yi Hyun (Heo Nam Jun) as Kang Dan Shim. The star-crossed lovers appear to be fleeing hand in hand from someone pursuing them, and the desperate expressions on their faces hint at their determination to protect one another.
While wielding his sword in one hand and holding Shin Seo Ri’s hand with the other, Yi Hyun carefully scans his surroundings without letting his guard down for a single second.
As the preview for tonight’s finale showed Shin Seo Ri taking an arrow for Yi Hyun, it remains to be seen whether she will succeed in saving his life—and whether she will be able to return to the present day or remain stuck in Joseon, as the shaman previously warned her might happen.

When Cha Se Gye’s aunts Cha Ju Ran (Jung Young Joo) and Cha Ju Mi (Baek Eun Hye) suddenly show up unannounced, Cha Se Gye is visibly displeased as he sits down to speak with them.
