ENHYPEN’s Sunoo Makes Meaningful Birthday Donation To Pediatric And Adolescent Patients

ENHYPEN’s Sunoo filled his birthday with acts of sharing!

According to Samsung Medical Center on June 24, Sunoo donated 50 million won (approximately $32,500) on this day to support the treatment of pediatric patients. With this donation, the cumulative amount he has contributed to the hospital since 2024 has reached 200 million won (approximately $130,250).

Sunoo remarked, “I hope that many pediatric patients can look forward to a more hopeful future. I will continue to participate in sharing love in the future.”

In December 2024, Sunoo quietly donated 100 million won (approximately $68,000) to Samsung Medical Center in order to help patients in need struggling to receive medical treatment due to financial difficulties. Then on December 19 last year, he once again donated 50 million won to the hospital which will go toward psychological and emotional support programs for pediatric and adolescent patients.

ENHYPEN is set to release their eighth mini album “THE SIN : BLISS” on August 21.

TWICE’s Dahyun Makes Meaningful Birthday Donation To Help Leukemia Patients

TWICE’s Dahyun is celebrating her birthday by giving back!

On June 1, JYP Entertainment announced that Dahyun donated 30 million won (approximately $20,000) to the Ulsan Community Chest of Korea in honor of her birthday on May 28.

The donation will go toward medical expenses and treatment support for leukemia patients in the Ulsan area who are facing financial hardship.

Sharing the reason behind her donation, Dahyun said, “I wanted to share the love I have received on my birthday with others. I hope my contribution can provide even a small source of strength and comfort to those currently undergoing treatment.”

Yoo Hae Jin Makes Heartfelt Donation For Cancer Patients

Yoo Hae Jin has extended a warm helping hand to cancer patients!

On May 13, Asan Medical Center announced, “Yoo Hae Jin has donated 100 million won [approximately $67,100] for the treatment of patients battling cancer.”

The donation will be used to develop advanced cancer treatment systems and to create a better healthcare environment at Asan Medical Center.

Regarding the donation, Yoo Hae Jin said, “I decided to provide support in the hopes that patients will be able to get through their difficult battles with the disease and return to their normal daily lives.” He added, “I hope that patients can receive treatment comfortably and safely in a better environment.”

Back in 2022 when COVID-19 was widespread, Yoo Hae Jin donated 50 million won (approximately $33,550) to Asan Medical Center to support healthcare workers and help treat pediatric patients. He also made an additional 50 million won donation in 2023. Including the latest contribution, Yoo Hae Jin has donated a total of 200 million won (approximately $134,200) to Asan Medical Center.

Earlier this month, Yoo Hae Jin received the Grand Prize at the 62nd Baeksang Arts Awardsfor his role in the record-breaking film “The King’s Warden.”
