Director Yeon Sang Ho’s new film “Paradise Lost” has unveiled its first poster and teaser!

On July 21, film distributor CJ ENM released a poster and teaser video for “Paradise Lost,” a new project from director Yeon Sang Ho, who helmed the films “Colony,” “Train to Busan,” “Peninsula,” and “The Face” as well as the dramas “Revelations,” “Parasyte: The Grey,” and the “Hellbound” series.

“Paradise Lost” is a thriller that follows the story of a son, Sun Woo, who returns home after nine years of being missing. So Young, who had been soothing her pain by interacting with a childhood version of her son through an artificial intelligence (AI) program while he was gone, begins to feel uneasy around the “new” Sun Woo, leading to an uncomfortable cohabitation between mother and son.

Actress Kim Hyun Joo, who previously worked with Director Yeon Sang Ho in the “Hellbound” series, plays the mother, while Bae Hyeon Seong portrays her son, forming the emotional core of the story. The mystery begins when, nine years after the disappearance of a school camping-trip bus, Ryu So Young—a mother who lost her child in the incident—sees her child return, now suddenly all grown up.

The film has been officially invited to the Special Presentations section of the 51st Toronto International Film Festival, which will be held in Canada this September. Director Yeon Sang Ho previously visited Toronto last year when he was invited for his film “The Face.”

“Flex x Cop” Season 2 has shared its first teaser!

In “Flex x Cop 2,” Ahn Bo Hyun will reprise his starring role as Jin Yi Soo, a third-generation chaebol heir who uses his wealth and connections like cheat codes. Jung Eun Chae will join the cast as veteran detective Joo Hye Ra, Jin Yi Soo’s new partner.

The teaser opens with Jin Yi Soo confidently saying, “Now, shall we begin?” Alongside Violent Crimes Unit Team 1 members Park Jun Young (Kang Sang Jun) and Choi Kyung Jin (Kim Shin Bi), with whom he has grown closer than blood relatives, he jets overseas on a luxury private plane to take down criminals.

In this season, Jin Yi Soo continues to show his wealth-driven tactics to bring criminals to justice. At a party, dressed in a tuxedo, he raises a toast and says, “Cheers.” He later says, “I’ll use the helicopter. I need to catch serial killer hunters,” and summons a helicopter. He also engages in a high-speed car chase through the city center in a foreign luxury car.

Most notably, Violent Crimes Unit Team 1 is getting a new team leader. Jin Yi Soo, while preparing a red carpet and flowers to welcome the new boss, is stunned when the new leader arrives on a motorcycle in full police uniform. The newcomer is Joo Hye Ra, a “devil instructor” from his police academy days who once made him tremble in fear. Her strong presence is shown as she throws Jin Yi Soo with a judo technique and swings a police baton with ease, echoing his time at the police academy. When Jin Yi Soo says, “This is a nightmare,” she responds, “This is reality.”

Amid this, an unknown warning arrives: “Detective Jin, let the game begins.” Joo Hye Ra’s line, “Jin Yi Soo, there is someone targeting you with the resolve that it’s okay if you die,” hints at a new crisis facing Jin Yi Soo.

In addition, chaebol Yoo Sung Won (Yoo Seung Ho) makes his first appearance, teasing the role he will play moving forward.

“Dream to You” is a rom-com about the reunion of genius film director Woo Soo Bin (Hwang In Youp), who returns after achieving his dreams, and reporter Joo Yi Jae (Hyeri), who has forgotten her own, as they reunite after 15 years.

The teaser video sparks curiosity as it shows Woo Soo Bin, the first love whom Joo Yi Jae had tried hard to erase from her memory, returning to her life just as she has become a reporter after failing to achieve her dream of becoming a film director. The narration by Joo Yi Jae, “My first love Woo Soo Bin, who grew up feeding on my dreams, has returned,” adds a profound and ominous tone.

KBS2’s new weekend drama “Love on the Menu” has unveiled new stills of Ha Seok Jin!

“Love on the Menu” is a family romance drama that follows two former lovers who reunite eight years after a painful breakup. As they reconnect, they piece together the fragments of their broken families and create the warmest table of life together.

Ha Seok Jin stars as Kim Moo Jin, the owner-chef of an Italian restaurant. Born into wealth, he is blessed with the perfect background and qualifications. For his first love Han Gyu Rim (EXID’s Hani), he is willing to give up everything. However, after an unexpected breakup leaves him deeply wounded, he leaves for Italy.

Burying his pain, Kim Moo Jin devotes himself entirely to cooking and eventually returns as a talented chef. His life takes an unexpected turn when he reunites with his first love years later.

The newly released stills highlight the stark contrast between Kim Moo Jin’s past and present selves. In the past, he is unable to hide his feelings for Han Gyu Rim, wearing the unmistakable expression of a man deeply in love.

“’Guardian: The Lonely and Great God’ 10th Anniversary Trip” is a special program created to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the hit drama “Guardian: The Lonely and Great God,” also known as “Goblin,” which became a global phenomenon. Gong Yoo, Kim Go Eun, Lee Dong Wook, and Yoo In Na travel to Gangneung to revisit unforgettable filming locations, share behind-the-scenes stories, and reflect on the lasting impact of the drama.

The posters capture the four stars reunited on the shores of Jumunjin Beach in Gangneung. The new video captures the four stars’ deep affection for the drama that became a defining work in their careers. Reflecting on the series, Gong Yoo shared, “‘Goblin’ was the greatest winter of my life.” Yoo In Na recalled, “No matter how much time passes, it feels like I’m instantly transported back to that time, as if those memories were pinned in place.”

As the four actors head to Jumunjin, one of the drama’s most famous filming locations, they showcase the same chemistry that fans fell in love with a decade ago.
