Movie Star Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for film actors.

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of 50 popular movie stars, using big data collected from May 18 to June 18.

Koo Kyo Hwan topped this month’s list after seeing a 146 percent increase in his brand reputation index since last month, bringing his total score to 10,396,316. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “Colony,” “Jun Ji Hyun,” and “Seo Young Cheol,” while his highest-ranking related terms included “transform,” “flawless,” and “outstanding.”

Park Ji Hoon took second place with a brand reputation index of 9,578,276, marking a 31.29 percent rise in his brand reputation index since last month.

Jin Ki Joo ranked third with a brand reputation index of 6,716,512, while Jun Ji Hyun came in at a close fourth with a score of 6,427,048.

Finally, Kim Moo Yul shot to fifth place after seeing a whopping 498.43 percent increase in his brand reputation index, bringing his total score to 5,380,920.

The stars of MBC’s “Fifties Professionals” have shared their final thoughts as the drama winds to a close!

On June 27, the action-comedy ended on an average nationwide rating of 5.0 percent for its series finale.

Looking back on his experience filming the drama, Shin Ha Kyun remarked, “It was a fun set where I got to work together with a great cast and crew. I hope that the atmosphere on set was also conveyed well to viewers. Above all, I’d like to sincerely thank the viewers who stayed with us until the end.”

When asked to choose one scene from the drama that stood out the most in his memory, Shin Ha Kyun picked the action scene that kicked off the story—the one where he, Oh Jung Se, and Heo Sung Tae fought in the rain on the deck of a ship.

“It wasn’t easy filming in the rain, but it was especially memorable because it was the scene that marked the beginning of the story,” said Shin Ha Kyun.

“Bong Je Soon’s martial arts action scene at the Heaven Casino from Episode 1 stands out hte most in my memory,” he continued. “Every time I watch the completed scene, I feel another rush of gratitude all over again.”

“Fifties Professionals” is an action-comedy about three seemingly ordinary but secretly dangerous middle-aged men who are brought back into action by destiny. The three men, who once reigned at the top of their respective fields, find themselves exiled to the remote island of Yeongseon after a mysterious incident. June Drama Actor Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for drama actors!

The rankings were determined through a data analysis of the media coverage, participation, interaction, and community indexes of 100 actors who appeared in dramas that aired between May 16 and June 16.

Heo Nam Jun, who is currently stealing hearts in “My Royal Nemesis,” topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 6,961,862. High-ranking phrases in his keyword analysis included “My Royal Nemesis,” “Lim Ji Yeon,” and “rom-com blue chip stock,” while his highest-ranking related terms included “charming,” “powerful,” and “handsome.” Heo Nam Jun’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 94.05 percent positive reactions.

Park Ji Hoon, who is currently starring in “The Legend of Kitchen Soldier,” took second place with a brand reputation index of 6,080,469.

Meanwhile, “My Royal Nemesis” leading lady Lim Ji Yeon ranked third for June with a brand reputation index of 5,497,553.

Koo Kyo Hwan, who recently appeared in “We Are All Trying Here,” came in fourth place with a brand reputation index of 5,205,421.

Finally, Byeon Woo Seok, who recently starred in “Perfect Crown,” rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 5,125,346.

MBC’s “Fifties Professionals” has shared a sneak peek of its upcoming episode!

“Fifties Professionals” is an action-comedy about three seemingly ordinary but secretly dangerous middle-aged men who are brought back into action by destiny. The three men, who once reigned at the top of their respective fields, find themselves exiled to the remote island of Yeongseon after a mysterious incident. There, they begin a bittersweet and comedic quest to uncover the truth about the fateful day from 10 years ago that changed their lives.

In the previous episode, Jung Ho Myung (Shin Ha Kyun) and Kang Beom Ryong (Heo Sung Tae) put an end to their 10-year feud and joined forces for a common goal. The two kicked off a counterattack against Han Kyung Wook (Kim Sang Kyung), while Prosecutor Kang (Kim Shin Rok) dug into the process by which Heaven Capital had been seizing land from the residents of Yeongseon Island, tracing the massive entity hidden behind the case.

Toward the end of the broadcast, Jung Ho Myung and Kang Beom Ryong were seen heading to meet Boss Baek, the person in charge of smuggling, in an effort to block the Ingu faction’s drug distribution, heightening the tension for future developments.

Amidst this, newly released stills show Jung Ho Myung and Kang Beom Ryong wearing masks as they infiltrate the Ingu faction’s drug smuggling site in person. Wearing different masks, the two demonstrate relentless action as they clash with the organization’s members.
