SHINee’s Onew and Zico have dropped their new collab!
On October 7 at 6 p.m. KST, Onew released “Tic Tac Toe (feat. Zico),” the second title track from his upcoming single album “Chakgak” (romanized title).
“Tic Tac Toe” is an R&B hip hop track that cleverly compares the subtle dynamics and emotions between two people to a game. The song centers on the two artists’ contrasting interpretations of the ambiguous “more than friends, less than lovers” stage of a relationship.
Both Onew and Zico participated in writing and composing the track.

September Star Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has published its brand reputation rankings for all stars during the month of September!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of various stars’ media coverage, consumer participation, interaction, and community awareness indexes, using big data collected from August 29 to September 29.
RESCENE continued their reign at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 10,516,714, marking a 3.31 percent increase in their score since August.
Soccer star Son Heung Min shot to second place after seeing a whopping 373.02 percent rise in his brand reputation index, bringing his total score to 8,514,454 for September.
Lim Young Woong came in at a close third with a brand reputation index of 8,104,844, marking an 11.94 percent increase in his score since last month.
BTS took fourth place for September with a brand reputation index of 7,712,076, while Yu Jae Seok rounded out the top five with a score of 6,274,256.

SHINee’s Taemin Postpones North American Stops Of “LiMiNaL” World Tour
SHINee’s Taemin’s world tour “LiMiNaL” has been postponed in North America.
On September 29, Taemin released an official statement announcing the postponement of the North American dates for his 2026-27 world tour “LiMiNaL” due to visa and administrative processes.

Due to ongoing uncertainty surrounding U.S. visa and related administrative processes affecting key touring and production personnel, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the scheduled North American dates of the 2026-27 TAEMIN WORLD TOUR .
Significant number of key touring and production staff required for the North American shows are still awaiting their visas, with no clear timeline for issuance.
Given the continued uncertainty surrounding the participation of essential personnel, we determined that proceeding with the tour as scheduled would carry significant operational and production risks.
The North American leg remains an integral part of the 2026-27 TAEMIN WORLD TOUR and will proceed on rescheduled dates. New dates and venues are currently being arranged and will be announced shortly.
Refunds for the currently scheduled North American shows will be available upon request through the original point of purchase. Further information regarding the refund process will be provided by the respective ticketing platforms.
We sincerely apologize to everyone who has been looking forward to the shows and appreciate your understanding. We look forward to sharing the new North American tour dates with you soon.

Stray Kids topped the physical album chart for August with their new mini album “THIS & THAT,” which claimed two of the top five spots. The regular version of the EP debuted at No. 1 on the monthly chart, while the FANS version charted separately at No. 5.
ENHYPEN’s new mini album “THE SIN : BLISS” debuted at No. 2, while ALPHA DRIVE ONE’s mini album “UNBREAKABLE : 少年BEAST” entered the chart at No. 3.

September Idol Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for all idol groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community awareness indexes of various idol groups, using big data collected from August 16 to September 16.
RESCENE topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 8,227,982, marking a 16.78 percent increase in their score since August. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “LOVE ATTACK” and “Pretty Girl,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “prove,” “become a fan,” and “cheer on.” RESCENE’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a score of 94.92 percent positive reactions.
Meanwhile, BTS took second place for September with a brand reputation index of 7,032,284.
BLACKPINK rose to third place with a brand reputation index of 3,778,683, marking an 8.47 percent rise in their score since August.
ATEEZ came in at a close fourth with a brand reputation index of 3,655,593, marking a 16.87 percent increase in their score since last month.
Finally, CORTIS rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 3,598,481, marking a 3.65 percent rise in their score since August.

SHINee’s Minho Breaks His 1st-Week Sales Record With “Make it hot”
SHINee’s Minho is soaring to new heights with his latest solo comeback!
Last week, Minho made his return with his new solo mini album “Make it hot” and its title track of the same name.
According to Hanteo Chart, Minho has achieved the highest first-week sales of his career with his new mini album. In the first week of its release (September 7 to 13), “Make it hot” sold a total of 75,235 copies—breaking his previous first-week sales record of 74,759 set by his first full-length album “CALL BACK” two years ago.
