Upcoming film “Wild Sing” has unveiled new stills featuring Kang Dong Won!

On May 12, the production team released stills of Kang Dong Won as Hyun Woo, the leader and dance machine of the co-ed dance group TRIANGLE on stage.

“Wild Sing” is a comedy movie that follows the story of TRIANGLE, a once-popular co-ed trio that fell into obscurity after an unfortunate incident. The film depicts their chaotic journey as they attempt to reunite and make a comeback.

The standout feature in the newly released stills is Kang Dong Won’s bold styling. He effortlessly pulls off oversized wide-leg pants inspired by the street fashion trend of the early 2000s, along with a blunt bob with highlighted streaks.

In addition to Hyun Woo pulling off popular accessories from the era, including goggles on his head and gloves on his hands, his intense gaze and striking physique show why his character is a “fan magnet.”

Kang Dong Won’s transformation goes beyond his appearance. The production team shared that he completed about five months of intensive choreography training to fully portray his character.

In one still, Kang Dong Won shows fluid movements, as well as a high-difficulty “freeze” pose that requires him to support his body with one hand.

Choreographer Yang Wook, who worked on the performance, praised him, saying, “He understands the appeal of dance precisely. Thanks to his commanding physique, he has an outstanding ability to express movement with just subtle touches.”

At a previous production briefing, Kang Dong Won shared a humble reflection, saying, “After preparing for it myself, I realized how amazing idols are, and I came to respect them.”

KATSEYE To Promote “PINKY UP” On Korean Music Shows

KATSEYE is making their return to the Korean music show stage!

On April 21, KATSEYE officially announced that they would be appearing on Korean music shows next week to promote their new single “PINKY UP.”

The girl group will be performing on Korean music shows from April 30 to May 3, ahead of which they will be holding a Weverse fan sign event in Korea on April 25.

The following week, KATSEYE will head to Australia for a Q&A event in Sydney.

This week, “PINKY UP” achieved KATSEYE’s highest ranking to date on the United Kingdom’s Official Singles Chart, along with their highest debuts yet on Billboard’s Hot 100 and Global 200 charts.

“We Are All Trying Here” has unveiled a glimpse into Koo Kyo Hwan’s unexpectedly packed day.

“We Are All Trying Here” tells the story of Hwang Dong Man (Koo Kyo Hwan), who, surrounded by successful friends, believes he is the only one whose life isn’t working out. Consumed by anguish, envy, and jealousy, he sets out on a journey in search of peace.

Hwang Dong Man—who has spent 20 years dreaming of becoming a film director—is often labeled unemployed, but his days are anything but idle. He teaches screenplay classes at an academy, passionately sharing his love for film with students. While some may see him as merely “a dreamer,” in the classroom, he exudes the presence of a seasoned instructor, passing on his knowledge and experience. At the same time, he takes on part-time work catering events to make ends meet, juggling multiple jobs without hesitation.
