Lisa’s “SaWaDiKa” Becomes Her 3rd Solo Song To Chart For Multiple Weeks On Billboard Hot 100
BLACKPINK’s Lisa’s new single is enjoying a strong second week on the Billboard charts!
On September 23 local time, Billboard revealed that Lisa’s latest single “SaWaDiKa” was spending its second week on the Hot 100 at No. 93. The song first entered the chart, which ranks the most popular songs in the United States, at No. 69 last week.
“SaWaDiKa” is now Lisa’s third solo song to spend more than one week on the Hot 100, following her 2021 hit “MONEY” and her 2025 Doja Cat and RAYE collab “BORN AGAIN.”
Meanwhile, in its second week on Billboard’s global charts, “SaWaDiKa” ranked No. 35 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart and No. 54 on the Global 200. The single initially debuted at No. 13 and No. 23 respectively on the two charts last week.
Ha Jung Woo Reported To Play Villain In Byeon Woo Seok’s “Solo Leveling” Live-Action Adaptation + Agency Comments
Ha Jung Woo may be making a special appearance in Netflix’s upcoming live-action series “Solo Leveling”!
On September 23, SPOTV News reported that Ha Jung Woo is set to make a special appearance in “Solo Leveling.”
In response to the report, his agency WALKHOUSECOMPANY briefly commented, “Nothing has been confirmed.”
Ha Jung Woo has reportedly been offered the role of Hwang Dong Soo. In the original story, Hwang Dong Soo is an S-rank Hunter and one of the major villains who comes into conflict with protagonist Sung Jin Woo.
Notably, Ha Jung Woo previously worked with “Solo Leveling” co-directors Lee Hae Jun and Kim Byung Seo on the 2019 film “Ashfall.”
“Solo Leveling,” which originally began as a web novel before being adapted into a webtoon and an animated series, tells the story of Sung Jin Woo, an E-rank Hunter—the lowest tier among those who protect the real world from monsters beyond the mysterious Gates. After a near-death experience, he gains extraordinary abilities, and as he levels up, he becomes humanity’s unexpected hope.
The drama previously confirmed Byeon Woo Seok will lead the series as Sung Jin Woo, while Han So Hee and Kang You Seok are in talks for the roles of Cha Hae In and Yoo Jin Ho, respectively. Kang Mina, Rain, Lee Sung Min, Lee Hong Nae, Sung Joon, Kim Si Ah, and Choi Myeong Been are also in talks to join the cast.
“Solo Leveling” has been filming since May, though its premiere date has yet to be announced.
Meanwhile, Ha Jung Woo is currently filming the upcoming movie “Inside Men: The Birth of the Villains” (literal title).

BTS’s Jimin Earns His 1st Solo RIAJ Platinum Certification For Streaming In Japan
BTS’s Jimin has gone platinum in Japan!
In 2020, the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) implemented a new certification system for online streaming of songs, as an addition to its pre-existing certification systems for physical album shipments and digital download sales. According to the new system, songs are certified silver once they reach 30 million streams, gold at 50 million streams, and platinum at 100 million streams.
This month, Jimin earned an official platinum certification for his hit solo song “Who,” which has now surpassed 100 million streams in Japan.
“Who” is Jimin’s first solo song to go platinum for streaming in Japan, though he previously earned a platinum certification for his solo debut album “FACE.”

Choi Myeong Been Reported To Join Byeon Woo Seok In “Solo Leveling” Live-Action Adaptation + Agency Comments
Choi Myeong Been may be joining the cast of “Solo Leveling”!
On September 20, OSEN reported that rising actress Choi Myeong Been will be joining the live-action adaptation of “Solo Leveling” as Byeon Woo Seok’s on-screen younger sister.
In response to the report, her agency O3 Collective briefly commented, “Nothing has been confirmed.”

Choi Myeong Been made her debut in 2016 through the film “Queen of Walking.” In addition to films “The Vanished,” “Waiting for Rain,” “My First Client,” and “Sua’s Home,” she also starred in the dramas “Young Lady and Gentleman,” “The King’s Affection,” “Twenty-Five, Twenty-One,” and “Our Sticky Love.”
Meanwhile, the drama previously confirmed Byeon Woo Seok will lead the series as Sung Jin Woo, while Han So Hee and Kang You Seok are in talks for the roles of Cha Hae In and Yoo Jin Ho, respectively. Kang Mina, Rain, Lee Sung Min, Lee Hong Nae, Sung Joon, and Kim Si Ah are also in talks to join the cast.

aespa’s Winter Talks About Tackling Her Fear Of Trying New Things, Her Upcoming Solo Stage, And More
aespa’s Winter recently sat down with Cosmopolitan Korea for a pictorial and interview!
The photo shoot was in collaboration with the fashion brand Polo Ralph Lauren, for which Winter is an ambassador. Despite the hot weather, Winter flawlessly pulled off Polo Ralph Lauren’s fall/winter looks.
She remarked, “I don’t tend to feel the heat much, so today’s shoot wasn’t too difficult!” She continued, “I’m gradually getting used to being busy because I have so many scheduled events. Ideally, it would be best if I could focus on just one thing a year, but since I’m working on multiple projects simultaneously, I’m putting a lot of effort into managing my energy. Even so, whenever there’s something I want to do, I tend to speak up about it. I try not to overlook even the smallest things.”
Winter, who always strives to show a new side of herself even amidst a busy schedule, explained, “I’m actually really easily scared, you know? I’m also afraid of taking on challenges. So my thought process goes, ‘I’m so scared of trying something new,’ ‘No, everyone else does it too!’ ‘You have to do it, Min Jeong!’ and, ‘Why are you the only one so scared of this?’”
She continued, “One day, when I looked back at the things I’ve done, I realized that I had actually tried more new things than other people. But the truth is, I’m naturally full of fear and worry when it comes to taking on new challenges!”
Winter also offered a hint about the solo stage she has prepared for aespa’s ongoing tour. She remarked, “I’ve performed new songs as solo stages at concerts about three times so far, and the order was song, dance, song. So I thought this time it was time for dance. I really wanted to dance too. “
She continued, “No one at the company picked this song as their first choice, but I was really drawn to it, so I ended up doing it. It’s also a genre I’ve never tried before. Come to think of it, it’s similar to today’s pictorial concept! It’s a dance track with a Western vibe.”
When asked if she feels free these days, Winter commented, “I think it depends on how you look at it. If I think I’m under pressure, I’ll feel endlessly constrained, but if I think I can do it, I become endlessly free. Given the nature of my job, I also get to enjoy many things that other people can’t. So rather than longing to be free, I don’t want to lose the mindset I have right now that ‘I can do anything.’”
