Upcoming film “Mr. Shota’s Last Business Trip” has unveiled a new teaser and poster!

“Mr. Shota’s Last Business Trip” tells the story of two men—Shota (Otani Ryohei) and Dae Sung (Jin Young), whose lives unfold across Korea and Japan after they accidentally swap their respective resignation letter and love letter.

The newly released poster features Shota and Dae Sung unexpectedly crossing paths at a ramen restaurant. Shota is captured with a thoughtful expression alongside the phrase, “Please deliver my resignation letter.”

Dae Sung conveys his longing for his girlfriend and his complicated emotions with the caption, “Then, you have to deliver my letter.” The contrasting gazes and emotions of the two men foreshadow a connection that begins when their resignation letter and love letter get mixed up. The poster also captures the warm and tranquil atmosphere of Enoshima, Japan.

tvN’s upcoming variety show “Unplanned Trip: Limited Edition” has released a new teaser!

“Unplanned Trip: Limited Edition” follows Park Seo Joon, Jung Yu Mi, and Choi Woo Shik as they travel across South Korea without knowing where they will go, where they will sleep, or how they will get there. It is a new version of the long-running “Youth Over Flowers” travel series. The show keeps the original “trip without advance notice” travel concept from “Youth Over Flowers” but adds new rules to make the journey more entertaining.

In the newly released teaser, Park Seo Joon, Jung Yu Mi, and Choi Woo Shik appear alongside PD Na Young Suk during what is presented as a live broadcast celebrating the 20th anniversary of writer Kim Dae Ju. The atmosphere quickly shifts when Na Young Suk stands up, tears down a banner, and reveals the real purpose of the gathering: a trip that begins immediately. The sudden announcement leaves the three actors visibly surprised.

From there, the trip unfolds in confusion as the cast is confronted with strict limits on both time and budget. Harsh weather adds to the challenges as heavy snow falls throughout their journey.

At the end of the teaser, Choi Woo Shik remarks, “I thought it would be a wonderful trip, but it’s a mess.”

On April 23, Jin Young’s agency Management Run stated, “Jin Young, who marks his 15th debut anniversary this year, is returning to the big screen through the film ‘Mr Shota’s Last Business Trip.’ Having finished filming while traveling between Korea and Japan, Jin Young plans to deliver a warm and resonant message to the audience through this film, which centers on the theme of ‘travel.’ Please show lots of interest.”

“Mr Shota’s Last Business Trip” tells the story of two men—Shota and Dae Sung—whose lives unfold across Korea and Japan after they accidentally swap their respective resignation letter and love letter.

Working alongside Japanese actor Otani Ryohei for the first time, Jin Young plays the role of Dae Sung, a character who learns about life while navigating a breakup during his travels, portraying the relatable realities of youth. The film marks his return to the big screen for the first time in 14 months after his last film “You Are the Apple of My Eye,” which was released in February 2025.
