July Drama Brand Reputation Rankings Announced

The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for dramas!

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, community awareness, and viewership indexes of 21 popular dramas, using big data collected from June 9 to July 9.

“Agent Kim Reactivated” topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 10,334,054. High-ranking phrases in the drama’s keyword analysis included “So Ji Sub,” “Yoon Kyung Ho,” and “viewership ratings,” while its highest-ranking related terms included “solid,” “surpass,” and “success.” The show’s positivity-negativity analysis revealed a score of 94.79 percent positive reactions.

Meanwhile, “My Royal Nemesis” took second place with a brand reputation index of 7,851,200.

“Reborn Rookie” ranked third with a brand reputation index of 7,238,485, while “Teach You a Lesson” came in at a close fourth with a score of 7,119,086.

Finally, “Recipe for Love” rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 6,685,595.

The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, community awareness, and viewership indexes of 21 popular dramas, using big data collected from May 11 to June 11.

“My Royal Nemesis” topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 10,091,011. High-ranking phrases in the drama’s keyword analysis included “Lim Ji Yeon,” “Heo Nam Jun,” and “romantic fantasy,” while its highest-ranking related terms included “success,” “immersive,” and “sensuous.” The show’s positivity-negativity analysis revealed a score of 91.07 percent positive reactions.

Meanwhile, “The Scarecrow” rose to second place with a brand reputation index of 6,633,654.

“The Legend of Kitchen Soldier” came in at a close third with a brand reputation index of 6,522,858.

“Recipe for Love” took fourth place for the month with a brand reputation index of 5,240,007.

Finally, “Filing for Love” rounded out the top five with a brand reputation index of 4,850,779 for June.

“Perfect Crown” topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 1,314,750. High-ranking phrases in the drama’s keyword analysis included “Byeon Woo Seok,” “IU,” and “OST,” while its highest-ranking related terms included “success,” “pioneer,” and “awkward.” The show’s positivity-negativity analysis revealed a score of 90.58 percent positive reactions.

Meanwhile, “Recipe for Love” took second place with a brand reputation index of 4,585,562 for May.

“The Scarecrow” came in at a close third, debuting on the list with a brand reputation index of 4,418,691.

“Our Happy Days” ranked fourth with a brand reputation index of 4,189,662, while “Phantom Lawyer” rounded out the top five with a score of 3,651,840.

“Phantom Lawyer” topped this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 3,980,372. High-ranking phrases in the drama’s keyword analysis included “Esom,” “Yoo Yeon Seok,” and “tears,” while its highest-ranking related terms included “passionate acting,” “condemn,” and “possessed.” The show’s positivity-negativity analysis revealed a score of 91.50 percent positive reactions.

“Climax” came in at a close second for April with a brand reputation index of 3,628,812, while “Recipe for Love” followed in third with a score of 3,493,214.
