JTBC’s “The Apartment Job” has unveiled a new making-of video!

“The Apartment Job” tells the story of former Oasis Gang boss Park Hae Kang (Ji Sung), who runs for president of an apartment complex’s resident council in order to get his hands on the complex’s hidden reserve fund. In the process, he winds up joining forces with the other residents in order to expose deep-rooted corruption.

The newly released making-of video highlights the friendly and supportive atmosphere among the cast as they work together between takes.

In one scene, Ji Sung is seen offering thoughtful advice to a co-star, carefully explaining how to make the performance feel more realistic. His dedication to helping his fellow actors showcases the collaborative spirit on set.

“A Shop for Killers 2” has unveiled new stills featuring assassins from Babylon’s East Asia branch!

Based on a novel by “The Killer’s Shopping List” author Kang Ji Young, “A Shop for Killers” is an action drama that follows Jeong Ji An (Kim Hye Joon), who moves in with her uncle Jeong Jin Man (Lee Dong Wook) after her parents’ passing. Jin Man runs a shopping mall, but when he suddenly dies, Ji An inherits his secret and dangerous legacy and becomes the target of suspicious killers. Season 2 follows Ji An, who becomes the shopping mall’s new CEO. She joins forces with Jin Man, who returns alive, to fight back against the global forces of Babylon.

The newly released stills highlight the presence of the new characters, including Kusanagi (Jung Yun Ha), the manager overseeing Babylon’s East Asia branch, Q (Hyunri), the team leader commanding operations in the field, and J (Masaki Okada), an ace with a free-spirited personality and exceptional combat instincts.

Driven by a great desire for power, Kusanagi reveals contrasting sides of her personality, shifting between a composed demeanor rooted in confidence and intense sensitivity depending on the situation.

Meanwhile, Q commands the atmosphere with her charisma, never losing her cool under any circumstances, while J, a distinctive killer whose actions are impossible to predict, brings fresh energy to Babylon with a new style unlike anything seen before.

Taking on the role of Babylon’s new face, Jung Yun Ha shared her thoughts, saying, “When I first received the script, I found it fun because the elements connected to Season 1 were set up with such great depth. I was truly happy to be part of it, and it was a great honor.”

Hyunri also shared her determination for the project, saying, “Because it is a project that I love so much, I felt a great sense of responsibility to make sure I did not disappoint the viewers. I thought a lot about needing to do well in the action scenes. During filming, I continued working out and training for the action sequences to build my body, even gaining 5 kilograms (approximately 11 pounds) focused on muscle.”

In addition, action director Jeon Jae Hyung praised Japanese actor Masaki Okada’s addition to the cast, saying, “He is an actor who absorbs everything like a sponge the more he is taught. He was so passionate that he performed many of the action scenes himself without the use of a stunt double.”

With a total of eight episodes, “A Shop for Killers 2” will premiere with episodes 1 and 2 on July 22, followed by two episodes released every Wednesday.

Byun Yo Han, Ha Yun Kyung, And Ahn Jae Hong Confirmed For New Occult Film

The upcoming film “Auspicious Day” (literal title) has kicked off filming with its cast including Byun Yo Han, Ahn Jae Hong, and Ha Yun Kyung!

On June 29, the production team released photos from the script reading session, previewing the actors’ chemistry.

“Auspicious Day” is a mystery film that follows the events unfolding over a single day after Woo Jin, who is about to move into a new house on the most auspicious day, encounters a shaman named Tae Ju, who claims that his wife Hee Yeon must receive spirit possession after she begins to show strange symptoms.

Byun Yo Han plays the role of Tae Ju, a talented shaman and a disciple of a great spirit medium, leading the story with his intense presence.

Most notably, Park Hae Kang, known for a legendary 0 percent unpaid debt collection record, draws attention as he holds the apartment miniature while wearing a relaxed smile. Kang Ha Ri (Ha Yun Kyung), who dreams of becoming a lawyer but is currently a part-time worker, appears leaning an apartment block against her head as she is lost in deep thought. Ha Yun Kyung In Talks Alongside Jung Ryeo Won And Kim Moo Yul For New Medical Drama

Actress Ha Yun Kyung may star in the new drama “First Doctor” (working title), the new project from the director of “Teach You A Lesson”!

On June 18, a media outlet reported that Ha Yun Kyung will star in the drama “First Doctor.”

In response to the report, Ha Yun Kyung’s agency HODU&U Entertainment stated, “Actress Ha Yun Kyung has received an offer from the production team of the Netflix series ‘First Doctor’ and is currently reviewing it positively.”

“First Doctor” is a human medical drama that tells the story of Heo Ji Wan, a dedicated doctor who returns in triumph to the Department of Pediatrics at Yeonhee University in a provincial area—a place she had left against her will due to an incident during her residency.

It was previously reported that actress Jung Ryeo Won is in talks for the lead role of Heo Ji Wan.

Ha Yun Kyung is offered the lead role of Ki Eun Gyul, the most senior surgical resident whose skills are widely recognized and who shares a past connection with Ha Ji Wan. While she initially opposes Heo Ji Wan’s efforts to overhaul the system, she gradually finds herself won over by her professionalism and sincerity as a doctor.

Actor Baek Hyun Jin is reported to portray Professor Son Sang Baek, a head of surgery who shares a history with Heo Ji Wan, while Kim Moo Yul has also been offered a major role. If confirmed, the drama is expected to mark the third reunion for Kim Moo Yul and director Hong Jong Chan, following the Netflix series “Juvenile Justice” and “Teach You A Lesson.”
